Original Review: I ordered two Cheez It Crunchwrap Supremes, both with no lettuce, no tomato, and no sour creme. Just wanted the meat, cheese, and the Cheez It cracker. Paid $5 for each of them and literally received two Crunchwraps, but with only the Cheez it crackers and cheese sauce, NO MEAT! Where’s the meat this is ridiculous!
UPDATE: Took my food back to Taco Bell the same evening to see if I could get a refund. They couldn’t refund me but said they could remake the Crunchwraps, so they did and both actually had meat in it. They were decent imo, had better from Taco Bell though.
SECOND UPDATE: Location seems to have gotten better recently. Went to try the new street steak chalupas and they were actually done really really good, went back a second time and they were just as good, would recommend.

i have gone to this taco bell several times since they have opened and never once have i gotten the correct order the first time. we have very few options in collins and taco bell is one of my favorites of those few choices and i always end up regretting it every time i come to this establishment. if you don’t want to work at taco bell don’t make it everyone else’s problem

Always have to order on Kiosk which sucks. Got my food and it was all messed up. Little portions on tacos. Bathroom was dirty as crap (literally had tp and stopped up toilet with ). Would not recommend.

They just opened not too long ago & they are really clean – nice staff too…
They have all kinds of combos and one thing I found out… they are…SO GOOD… I really wanted to order 1 of EVERYTHING.. No joke….

Probably the worst Taco Bell as far as service goes that I’ve ever been to in my life. They lock the door at night during business hours and won’t let anyone inside and won’t take any orders in the drive through. During the day they won’t come to the counter to take your order they tell want you to only use the kiosk. They are just plain lazy and don’t want to do their job.

Passing through here on my way to orange beach. I really wanted something to eat and decided to stop here. The self-ordering kiosks made it very easy to place my order and within 5-8 minutes. The young man working called out my name and handed me my bag with a smile. He was so nice and seemed like he wasn’t hating his job. It was a pleasant surprise if I’m being honest and I hope he gets a raise.

I just ordered two chalupas ,two tacos and a burrito. I know I should have checked my order but I was the only one there and did not think it was necessary. Boy was I wrong, instead they gave me three soft tacos and a burrito that looked like someone spit in it. And to top it off I live 25 minutes from this location. As well they did not give me a receipt. So shame on me for not checking. I sincerely hope this Collins Ms Taco Bell replaces every one of their employees with robots .

11am you think your food would be fresh and hot. Not at this store. Asked for NO LETTUCE numerous times, yet still it was all in the burrito and taco. Asked for double chicken on the burrito, barely had any. My crunchwrap was barely toasted long enough to warm the tortilla. This Bell needs some serious retraining.

I’ve stopped here traveling through on Hwy 49 several times, and every time the food has been great and service fast. Idk why everyone else is having issues, but I’ve stopped at lunch time both on weekdays and weekends and it’s been great every time.
