A very clean establishment in a small little hidden spot, honestly it doesnt get the praise it deserves. I would choose Moe’s over every other mexican fast food any time. The chipotle and taco bell down the road do not COMPETE with the level of absolute yumminess this place has. Any Moe’s, really, is just an amazing place to get food thats completely worth the price. Never have I been skimped out on ingredients, nor is my food ever cold or undercooked. LITERALLY THE BEST!!!! die hard moe’s fan. AND ALSO, the staff are super friendly!! its so refreshing to walk into a place where you are greeted with not the normal “customer service” smile, but a genuinely human being smile. thanks for all that you guys do at this location

Visited your location this morning at 10:40am. Store is suppose to open at 10:30am. Door was locked. Finally a male African American male employee finally opened the door. Ordered a chicken burrito and small queso to go. Chips were left over from the night before. No fresh chips were even made. Veggies not fully socked. Asked for salsa and green sauce which were in prepared containers. Asked for 1 of each and was told by an African American female with short hair I needed to get it from the salsa bar that the pre made ones were only for to go orders. Umm my order was to go. She was very rude! Went to pay and drawer was not even set up for payment. Employed had to count the drawer first. Salsa bar had no serving spoons to get your salsa. Just an over all bad visit! Y’all need to seriously do better and please open on time for your customers! Who ever is the owner of this location I sent a complaint directly to you as well.

I would not recommended placing pick up orders from this store. You will get home and have missing items and instructions not followed. One burrito was supposed to have queso in it. I paid extra and there was none. A burrito and bowl were supposed to have sauce on the side and it was in the burrito and the bowl was smothered in it. I ordered a bowl of soup and did not receive it. We got four very small bags of chips less than a quarter full and no salsa even though we ordered it. Not the kind of service I would expect from Moe’s.

Ordered three bowls, one of them an Adobo Chicken bowl, there is something DEFINITELY wrong with that chicken. The texture when chewing is very “rubbery”. I called to let them know so they wouldn’t serve it to anyone else, not requesting a refund or anything from them, just warning them. But I was told there was nothing wrong with that chicken and it’s very fresh. I just said ok, I guess you guys can continue serving it, but if someone gets sick, you can’t claim you didn’t know.

Went in today to pick up lunch for my co worker and myself, it’s been a crappy day.. Deaven was very kind and pleasant to talk to. He helped me with my order as I was having to read from a list lol and made sure I didn’t miss anything! It’s hard to find people who are genuinely kind and He was!!

UPDATE: 1/16/25 – after that first initial time here, the service has been horrible. every time i order the same thing, its a different price at a different amount. this woman was trying to charge me $10 for extra guac and not even given any extra guac on the meal. why do these employees act like they’re personally buying the food? extra means EXTRA. i wont be back at this spoon scoop facility.

i usually don’t write reviews, but i came today and the bowl i ordered wasn’t even a quarter full and it was $12 there was hair in the Queso and the chips were stale…. really disappointed honestly would like a refund.

The resteraunt looked dirty to me. Food on the floors, splashed on the glass sneeze guard, trash cans overflowing, the beverage and salsa area were a all a mess and this was at the slow time of the day. The employees were not friendly and the environment was unwelcoming. The food was still pretty good but it’s hard to give them business when things are such a mess.
