Tonight was a disgrace. I placed an order at 845pm as in laws popped by for my birthday. I remembered the Birthday email from Pizza Hut recently and decided to get a quick order. I called at 1015pm and the call center advised me that the location was closed but the order would be arriving soon. Our order came at 1056pm, AFTER my in laws left and waited till 1030 to whip them a light snack. The food was delivered cold, dried out, missing items and in bent boxes. Not to mention theres almost no cheese on the pizza and the soggy mushy chicken bites are some form of sponge. We will never be ordering again. I will be delivering back the items to the location tomorrow.

Food was old like it had been sitting was told it’s only a certain amount of sauce and stuffed garlic knots where hard as hell never again was trying to figure out what they did to the the food then called and asked for corporate number was told they didn’t have one so had to call another store and get the number from them but I guess they didn’t think I was bringing the good back to them to get a refund then when I asked who told me that they didn’t have a corporate number he just stood there cause he knew he was caught so I got my money and went to the Hampton location to have my food made properly and fresh .

I had delivery. At 740 pm, tracking said it was out for delivery. Expected arrival time 751 pm. It did not arrive until after 815 pm. (The diver I suppose drove around with it for at least 35 mins. I live less than a mile away.) It arrived cold and the crust was very hard. I had to put it in the microwave, to make it edible. This why I hate pre-tipping on an order.

I normally go to the Tesson Ferry location as they never fail to do the order correctly…Every time!
This is the 2nd time I’ve been here 4344 Loughborough Rd 63116 and the 2nd time they have completely not followed directions. I ordered the Taste-master large up to 3 toppings. Large, pepperoni/Sausage and extra cheese which is a $2 extra charge.
I had the guy at the front open the box before I paid to make sure. It looked great with extra cheese, sausage and I saw pepperoni lightly around the crust so I figured, great there’s pepperoni under the cheese…..WRONG!
As you can see, after biting into a slice I noticed no Pepperoni. I also had my son do the same just to make sure I wasn’t tripping. Yeah, no pepperoni. Decided to actually lift the cheese off a few slices and I was right…No pepperoni! Maybe they were low on it I’m not sure ♀️
I will Never come her again. I will take the long drive off Tesson Ferry to get my pizza(s) done correctly. Yes, I will be returning this after my class tonight. It’s more upsetting as we both are bodybuilders & this is a wasted cheat meal!

Absolutely do not order from this location. The food is trash but the customer service is even worse. If you try to get a refund you will have to call back at least 20 times over the coarse of three days to get it. The managers are rude as can be, they offer zero apology and 100% attitude. They will give you an email of someone called Maurice Jones you can email with no reply. Spent $80 and had to call back 27 times, got yelled at and hung up on initially with absolutely no apology offered. Every employee here should be ashamed.
