Asked for Sausage, egg, cheese. Got the jalapeños one. Bit into it while driving. Worst pain in my mouth as I have cuts in it. Wasn’t expecting it. Also have GERD and just took my meds. Got sick at work because of it. Will not be back for a while. Also got no receipt.

I was disappointed with my recent visit. After paying for my order at the drive-thru, the employee working the window asked if she could keep my change. I found this unprofessional and uncomfortable. It’s one thing for a customer to choose to leave a tip, but it should never be requested directly. The food itself was fine, but the interaction left a negative impression. I hope management addresses this so other customers don’t have the same experience.

Food is good and pretty consistent. Kolaches are better some days than others. Service is polite and courteous but rushed and detached. What irks me is packaging. Especially iced donuts… you guys display them flat selling them that way would be appreciated. I’m tired of my donuts ending up like the picture below… I’m buying a donut to lick tissue paper

There was a problem with my mobile order today but the woman at the counter was very helpful and got my issue resolved! I didn’t get their name but I appreciated it very much.

Food is good, but the lady taking our order was rude. We asked for a kolache and she just says “no.” doesn’t even explain till we ask, and then she’s like “we only have it without cheese” so i just get a donut. then my bf tries to get another kind of kolache and she says no again. so we’re like “you don’t have it?” and says she just has the sausage no cheese. like lady explain that then don’t just give us a short with no explanation. anyways yeah, beware if they are rude to you.
