We consistently receive excellent service and fresh food. BK was the only reason I survived the first trimester of both pregnancies and every time we have gone through the drive thru we are served promptly and with excellent service. Most of the time the general manager is working the drive thru window which tells me that leadership is serving their employees well. We feel spoiled to have access to such a well managed location!

This is the worst Burger King.
Standing at the register waiting to order, everyone looks at you but no one says anything. They are chatting and in the phone. The manager on duty, a gentleman with a tattoo on his neck, no name tag, continued to look around and not do anything to help. The music in the background, was more of a party atmosphere rather a restaurant.

I walked in, hoping to use two gift cards i won. The kid at the register had no idea how to assist me with this. After about 6 tries, inserts, swipes and what not. He told me I had to one by one type the bar code in the back of the card. Each being 16 digits long. There is absolutely notjing fast about this fast food restaurant. Won’t be coming back here again.

Today’s visit to this Burger King was honestly disappointing. The girl working the drive-thru acted like taking our order was the biggest inconvenience of her day. No greeting, no patience, just pure attitude. We weren’t being difficult, just ordering food, but she seemed annoyed with every word we said. Customer service matters, and today it was nowhere to be found.
