I have never experienced such a lack of accountability. Despite having a confirmed online order and a bank transaction to prove it, they refused to honor the order. They effectively screwed over a kids’ party and didn’t seem to care one bit.

In NH for a holiday weekend. Haven’t been in years since before they moved the bar. Great variety on the menu. Ordered the soup special (corn chowder) and the tater barrels. I was too full to order more but I was eyeballing several items. Hopefully I’ll be back again soon to try! ☺️

Love this place! It’s got a laid back somewhat divey atmosphere but the food & staff are great! Love that they have live music. I wish you could see the live music from the bar!

The place is the definition of a dive. It looks like it was a house that was converted to a restaurant. The decor is exactly what you’d expect from northern NH.
But, the service was great and the food was delicious. We started with the nachos. Those could have used a little seasoning. The chips didn’t even have salt on them.
We both had the Bucky Burger. We both added cheese and bacon ($1 upcharge for each) and I asked for the sweet potato waffle fries. The burger was perfectly cooked, hot and delicious. The service was excellent. I would definitely go back.

Great place – good atmosphere and great service at the bar. The only reason why I did not give 5 stars is because I had the chili. NEVER, NEVER, EVER PUT GREEN PEPPERS IN CHILI. WHO DOES THAT? I am not talking about the hot kind but the kind you put in Italian food. The green peppers take over the entire flavor of the dish.

I have been going to Buckeys for years but today the service was horrible… waited 20 minutes to get our drink order in and then another 10 minutes to get our beer. Took another 30 minutes to get our food and it was cold. It was quite obvious that the remodel was all about the bar and not about the rest of the patrons… however the people who ordered food at the bar got theirs right away.
I will never go back there again and will never recommend it to anyone.

Excellent food. Great options. Full bar. Nice servers. Cozy atmosphere. I had the chicken wrap with house made chips, friends had the grilled cheese and French onion soup. We will go again if we are in the area. Our food was reasonably priced. The burgers seemed expensive.
