10/10 the best pizza you’ll have. It was so good and a smoking deal. 2 giant slices with a drink is way more than you can eat. The people were so friendly, polite, professional and helpful answering questions. And the Ranch…..saying it’s absolutely amazing; doesn’t give it enough credit. The garlic bread and the dough: you can taste that it’s fresh.

Excellent NY style pizza. Best I’ve had in SD; this is not your average college pie shop. Pepperoni jalepeno is a classic if you like it spicy.

We stopped here on a whim while our family was vacationing in San Diego from Greenville, SC. We went solely on reviews plus location was central to the area we were staying in. While in town for 5 days, we not only went once, but went a second time as well. The first time my family of 5 ordered a cheese pizza, pesto pizza, Caesar salad, garlic knots, and a sub. Everything was delicious and fresh. My daughter and I had pesto pizza for the first time ever and we have found our fave. The cheese bubbles oozed with cheesy goodness and the pesto was phenomenal. The second trip we made we ordered a larger pesto pizza, another cheese pizza, and a Stromboli. We were not disappointed. We are not able to find pizza like this is Greenville, so yes we were blown away. Besides the quality ingredients used, the crust and sauce ratio was perfect, our online orders were ready on time, the people that helped us inside were really nice and courteous. The place is small and you may miss if you are driving by, but this is definitely a place to stop for good food. We can’t wait to come back!

So sad to leave this review of a spot our nonprofit loved going to for the last year. During our recent visit, we had a group of adults with special needs whom were practicing going on community outings and paying for their meals separately. The employee scolded us saying they could not do this and “to figure it out yourselves” and charged us as a group. So disappointed to see that autistic adults are not spared any bit of patience in some spaces in San Diego still. Especially when it’s a place we’ve given lots of money to in the past.

The staff is professional and pleasant, I ordered the San Diegan, I was impressed by the quality and taste. It’s not easy finding a pizza restaurant using real pizza ovens, I don’t do chain-driven ovens sorry, not sorry. I highly recommend this place

Both pizzas we chose were delicious. The ingredients were fresh, the customer service was on point, and no major delays. This is our new spot!

Best pizza on the east end of the city!
It is my absolute pleasure to support fellow (~);-} heads!
Great NY-style thin crust from awesome people. High-quality cheese, and a fresh sauce with a very good tomato flavor, slight sweetness, and decent tang.
Looking forward to next pizza night!
PS I love my slices on a paper plate in a bag! Good job letting the whiners know what you think of their silly complaint!
Edit: Came back tonight, March 10th, 2021, and got a 14″ sausage and onion. That sausage is LEGIT. Sliced link is a nice change from the standard crumbled sausage most places use. It was sweet and spicy, and had a strong fennel flavor. Reminds me of the Fontanini sausage we used to use at my old work.
I also asked for the pizza well-done this time, and it was PERFECT. The crust was right at the point where it was starting to blacken, but not bitter.

As an original Upstate New Yorker, we get access and are used to some of the best pizza anywhere. I’ve lived in California since 1986 and have been searching for the perfect slice. My daughter and I drove out of our way because we heard good things about Milo’s. We ordered 3 slices total. WOW! It was everything I expected and more. The staff was awesome too. We’ll be back.

Scott and Cesar took my order after I got off work so late. They were so gracious and kind to make my pizza even though I arrived late close to closing. I just want to send them both hugs and gratitude from a tired college professor. I will visit again!

Been eating here for years and gotta say, these guys just get it. Had a lot of pizza here in SD, and this spot is my personal favorite. Reminds me of a pizza I had in my childhood visiting the East Coast.
The dough has a really nice structure that is just enough to avoid flopping. The pizza is crisp, and has a nice chew to it. The tomato and cheese always blend together for a perfectly sweet and savory marriage. Cheese is stretchy, but not gummy. (My go-to is a cheese pie—light cheese, extra well-done)
On top of all that, the workers are some of the chillest people around.
Mad respect to this joint
