We ordered the Italian Chef Salad along with our pizza last night. I don’t usually give reviews, but I must this time. It was the freshest, best salad I have ever had. Every single ingredient was perfect and there were in the right proportions! It was enough for 2 meals. I would ask for 1 additional dressing. Kudos to Donatos for doing it right, and caring! My favorite pizza place! Thank you to each person there! And, they ANSWER THEIR PHONE when ordering. No one off site. No virtual assistant

Dining area was clean and well kept. Service was mediocre with nearly no hospitable qualities. But the lowest note was the food quality. With a pizza costing 20 dollars I expect a sauce that didn’t remind me of a Lunchable pizza pack. At the least a higher quality sauce would really make the recipe better, because its quality is so apparent it’s distracting.

Ordered a medium 4 cheese pizza and paid extra for half pineapple and jalapeño. Pretty laughable to get legit 5 pieces of jalapeño. The lady at the pick up window was nice though.

Great, been there one time and it was very good. Not much business, which I really do not understand. They have good pizza, great location, plenty of parking easy in & out, it’s clean with plenty of space inside for pizza parties and timing the was reasonable for fresh made. While I was there they had quite a few carry outs, plus they deliver, so maybe that is why no one was dining inside the store. I love that they have outside eating as well but haven’t seen that being utilized as it is right on a main street in town, lots of traffic at a pretty fairly constant stream. Who wants exhaust fumes with their meal? Of course we are pretty much a smallish farming town with ten pizza stores (that I can think of off the top of my head) to its name. Competition for pizza is pretty stiff. I liked that the menu was big enough to make me really have to sit and think about what I wanted. The pricing is good, too, as I’m fairly frugal. I’ve no aversions to getting up and leaving if the cost is out of my comfort zone. It’s a thin crust pizza store, so you don’t get full of the bready crust. Thin crust is usually pretty easy to burn as you’re baking the other ingredients. My partner and I got personal size pizzas and they were both done to absolute perfection. Nothing undercooked nor burnt. The service was good at the counter, at no time was I left just standing there. Although not effusive, I got smiles and total cooperation. There was no table side service, but I liked that.

Used to be a fantastic go-to, but they’re called center ordering now, which means that getting the correct order is unlikely.
I spent 10 minutes trying to order and eventually just hung up as it was quite clear it was going to be wrong after repeating it for the tenth time.
Last time I’ll have Donatos, as good as the food is. There are plenty of mom and pop shops that still answer their own phones. Wish that places weren’t going to this.
Good old traditional true customer service and interaction will always win the day.

We order from here frequently, and the food is always good and the staff is usually very friendly. The unfortunate thing is that they are always extremely slow. Every time we order it takes at least 45 longer than they say it will. It seems like they are always understaffed. There were also several other people there waiting just as long as us or longer. This has been a consistent thing each year so I am not sure what needs to change.

Ordered the meatball shareable and got a side of breadsticks. I don’t know how the meatballs are shareable the container they come in is 3“ x 4“ says it will feed 3 to 4 definitely not 3 to 4 adults. The pure leaf iced tea was expired wonder what else is expired there?
