Ive lived in the area and used this as my go to pizza hit for almost 20 years. In that time I Have seen employees come and go, of course. But currently they have the best staff ever to date. Pleasant, personable, more than eager to help or answer a question. I actually went in tonight as a DoorDash driver to pick up, but I was treated as though I was The most important customer of the night. Much love to Keisha for her upbeat attitude and approachable nature.

We love pizza hut, our go to pizza always. Decided to try their breaded wings with garlic parmesan- big mistake, not worth it. The fries, not worth the price of $5.39. I will only stick to their pizzas. 4 star for service, coz the management should be fair and considerate on their prices, And always check the quality of food. Delivery guy from doordash did his job efficiently, no complaints there.

Mak was absolutely the best. I made a mistake on my order by getting the wrong flavor of wings one hour before closing. Mak didnt even think for a second and said “give me 5 minutes and I can remake them.”
That’s not needed. I made the mistake. I can pay for it. Or I can suck it up and move on. A business based on food would be inclined to make me make that decision – but a person focused onu customer service! That’s different!
I have worked in food industry for years. On the final hour, you want nothing more than to clean and chill, and I’m generally one of the best workers at any place. Mak would blow me out of the water.
Mak was working alone with no orders on a weekend night. Store was clean, and yet SHE BREAKS OUT THE MOP. I KID YOU NOT. Cleaning not just the floor but under shelves.
She was also super friendly and fun to talk to. I hope this review gets to the right people because this kind of ethic deserves a raise, or promotion, or some form of advancement. If everyone on earth was like Mak, things would be much better.

This place sucks, they are very unprofessional and don’t care much for their customers.
I ordered a pizza online for delivery with the same app that I’ve been using for the last 4 years.
I always order delivery because I’m handicapped and can’t drive and enable to go pick up my pizza.
Even if I made the mistake of ordering pickup the should have been more considerate instead of arguing with me on the phone and laughing at me in the background.
when I call to check on my order, but they put me through the ringer back forth with store managers, and I could even hear them laughing like a bunch of school kids.
Then I got connected with corporate and they were no better, playing it off until I told them to just give me a refund.
I had been ordering pizza from them for the past 4 years but for some reason they did me dirty all in the sake of business.
After my refund is posted on my account I will delete their app and never be bothered with them again, the only reason why I choose them in the first place is because they are they are located a block away from my house.
I will never order food from there store again or any other Pizza Hut, you have to be some kind of deranged individual to laugh and poke fun of handicapped people instead of trying to help them figure out the problem !!!

Wow! I used to order here. This was my go to for pizza. It’s been quite a few months now. This was the worst service I’ve ever received from a Pizza Hut. My first pizza has no pepperoni on a super supreme. The only thing I removed was the mushrooms. My second pizza that I received was a thin crust mushroom onion sausage. I ordered some newer pizza called the ultimate which was supposed to be. I believe pepperoni sausage, onion peppers on hand toss crust. I don’t order thin crust. I thought I was calling the store to let them know about the wrong pizza delivered and I got the call center and she picks up the phone and she’s laughing with her coworkers while she’s picking up the phone and then I say something about the order and we get disconnected or she hangs up lol Then I call back and the second woman takes my complaint and replacement order and then I get a text from DoorDash saying that I owe them $24 when the driver gets here. I call again because I’ve now eaten a piece of the super supreme and noticed there’s no pepperoni on it and it tastes weird. I’ve never eaten pizza without pepperoni on it. They can’t remake the pizza because they put a remake for the first one already & they have to remake together lol I won’t be ordering from Pizza Hut again. Too many pizza places out there these days to go back to this. Mistakes are fine. Make it right though, fix it. I paid for these pizzas and they’re wrong.

Came in here for a DoorDash and was given 35 pizzas, the man in the kitchen? Rude as hell. I called today regarding some pizza hut code violation and trying to get a hold of the franchise owner, a name, a group name, manager; ANYTHING and a young African American female answered the phone dec 21 at 5 pm and refused to give any of this information that’s required to be given to customers when asked. Not only do I strongly recommend coaching for these employees; honestly it would probably just be easier to fire the entire store and higher new workers entirely. Because of this ridiculous fiasco from these employees I’ll use my Google review guide status to point out how they also DONT PREP WORTH SHIT. they PARTIALLY COOKED THE PIZZAS AT THAT and I as a door Dasher got cussed out BECAUSE THESE EMPLOYEES CANT COOK A PIZZA. I won’t be silent. I’ll complain from Google to the BBB, til these employees are not just held accountable but also til I get the info that’s supposed to be public. Rude employees, horribly cooked pizza, 2 parking spaces for the entire store and NO SEATING.

We ordered 2 large pizzas with extra sauce and they didn’t put any sauce on either of them. We had to repeat our order twice to 2 different people because they couldn’t figure out how to put it in the system. It’s just Canadian bacon, mushroom, black olives and extra sauce and a supreme with extra sauce, how hard is it to get it right.

I recently tried pizza from this shop and honestly, it looked amazing and tasted really good. The toppings were fresh, and the presentation was perfect . The flavor was enjoyable, though it could use a little more seasoning. Still, overall it was delicious and worth trying.
The staff there was also very friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better.
