As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

The cashier was very rude ! I asked if $4 meal was still available she cuts me off saying it’s $5 $5.45 I said that’s fine cutting me off again she says what drink I try to say Barqs but her again she cutting me off saying “NO ROOT BEER “ so I tried Again no root beer I said ! This place is horrible!!! They never serve you fresh food even after you request it. Also they sell you outdated food. I purchased a honey mustard pk, opened it and it was dried out that leads me to believe they’re not up to date on with their inventory. This place is very unsanitary.

I got chilli cheese fries and a med come. I paid $15 to get it delivered to me. About half way in I notice a stringy something in my food and I’ was hoping it was cheese but it was actually this piece of hair tangled in my fries. I called and asked what can we do because I’m hungry and she said come pick up another one I explained I got it delivered and she said we’ll call them and see if they will deliver another one . So my sister called and they weren’t any help. I don’t like leaving bad reviews but this was my first time eating at checkers

Jan. 30,2025 @8:32 the drive thru cashier was very rude. Didn’t allow my husband and I to make complete sentences without saying “We don’t have this we don’t have that, we waiting on our truck.” THIS IS A CONSTANT OCCURRENCE. And majority of the time the food isn’t fresh, staying under lamps pass holding times.

Stopped in tonight for a spicy chicken sandwich combo nothing complicated no special requests. My chicken sandwich was cold and really hard like it’s been there since yesterday. They didn’t give me my drink or a receipt but I have the store# 1176 on my debit receipt. Discussed that’s just terrible business. I’ll be hunting down management tomorrow.

Got a simple Jr Checkerburger with cheese, no mayo, and a small fries. Fries had obviously been sitting for some time and they forgot the cheese, but it didn’t taste like Checkers, it tasted IDENTICAL to a Whopper Jr. And it looked like they doubled the mustard to make up for the lack of mayo, I swear they forgot to season the burger patty as well. Also the menu just shows combos and drinks and literally NOTHING else. Also it was almost SEVEN DOLLARS lol why not just recommend a combo for me at that point? Compared to some of the other locations around town this is one of the worst I’ve had. The staff was friendly.
