To preface, I do not leave negative reviews and have literally never asked to, “Speak with the manager.” I let him know this when I called. Three cars in the driveway, middle of day. Not hectic. Ordered at the drive thru same thing I order every time. I briefly noticed when they repeated my order that they said grande instead of venti. I always order in ounces so I wasn’t sure. I wanted to make sure when I got to the window so I asked right away if they heard me correctly so that they didn’t have to remake it. They looked annoyed right away and told me no with a sigh. I think they thought I switched my order on purpose at the last minute so I wouldn’t have to pay more, something I’d never do btw. They continued taking the next drive thru order on their headset while ignoring me. I understand this is how it works. It didn’t offend me that they were taking another order but they were clearly annoyed and didn’t even want to look at me, let alone respond other than by saying no. When they handed me the drink I could tell right away it was completely off. It smelled nasty. No whipped cream which I ignored. I started to ask if I could have a straw and before I could finish they interrupted me with a very loud, sarcastic,“Thaaaaaanks!!” And promptly shut the window in my face. Disgusting, infantile behavior. They knew they just handed me a cup a . It smelled nasty but not tampered with. Took a tiny sip and almost puked. Best way to describe how it tasted was like the dirty dish water from cleaning coffee cups. I know the cashier didn’t make it but they were clearly pleased with the fact that they just gave me some dirty coffee water. Makes me wonder who made it and why they did that, other than being a pissed off barista who didn’t want to work that day. At first when I called about this experience I accidentally called the wrong Starbucks and the manager was so kind and offered to make me a free drink even though it wasn’t even his store. Definitely a nice guy! When I called the correct location he was also kind. Didn’t offer a free drink or refund but I also didn’t ask and didn’t want it. $7 in the ️ and wasted time while back in town for the holiday for just a couple days. Will never return to this location.

This is a strictly drive-thru location based on how this team handles sit-in customers. The coffee — good. The music — good. Yet, when we decided to sit inside and play cribbage — we were inundated with music so loud we couldn’t hear each other speak. When we requested for the music to be turned down, the staff of barista babes behind the counter got louder. Considering this location is on Medical Center Drive, I expected far more awareness of the needs of its local customers. Added bonus: requests made were met with an obvious show of excessive team hubris meets bloated self-importance meets unhinged personal entitlement. And then the music returned to the level of its original cacophony. This is a quick pass-through place, ONLY.

I just went into this location and waited in line for five minutes. I was polite and dressed cleanly. They did not allow me to get any water. No sign anywhere posted. I even offered to buy the cup and the water, they said only if you have a preexisting order. Sometimes actions speak louder than words. It is not only a basic human right that a beverage company should offer a water to someone that is not abusing the system but also they are directly across the street from the main hospital who I know has given them so much business over the years. There is irony in that in itself. This direct location is not even dense with vagrants or houseless individuals it is a business area. I am frankly shocked and appalled by the lack of humanity. I will never be back to ANY Starbucks in the future.

They go above and beyond here. Super charming and they make a good latte. Also perfect if you’re in the medical area!

My friend ordered a mocha and 3 people who ordered behind us got their drinks first. Honestly, a mocha is easy to make.

Love going to Starbucks as they have absolutely the best service around. Their coffee is really amazing with lots of choices. It’s a real treat when we go to an area that has a Starbucks because we’re from the coast where it takes us an hour to get to one. I particularly enjoy the white chocolate mocha and I always ask for the almond milk variety. It’s just delicious. My husband enjoys a nice cup of regular black coffee and they always come through. The service is fantastic and it’s fun to sit inside for people watching

This Starbucks runs well and feels good to be in. The layout is open and well-designed, but what really stands out is the staff. They work seamlessly as a team – efficient, friendly and consistently welcoming. I’ve even made a few new friends here, which says a lot about the kind of environment they’ve created. The espresso is excellent. Easily my favorite Starbucks.

I don’t go to Starbucks often at all, but I do every time I go to cars and coffee and this place is usually friendly with everyone having a positive attitude. Today I walked in and stood in line with the attendance back to me while she was having a personal conversation. This is not a problem at all with me, but she turned around, said hello and then turned her back to continue her conversation for almost a full minute. This acknowledgment and then return to conversation is my problem. Not only is it disrespectful and rude, but it makes me never wanna come back. It wasn’t until I turned around to leave that she said she could take my order just as I got to the door. Again, personal conversations are fine, but don’t acknowledge your customer when you’re completely dead and then turn around to continue your personal conversation.
