I ordered 3 of the iced matcha drinks and all of them looked like this, it’s like they didn’t fully blend it. I’ve never seen it look like this anywhere. The one in the picture was the banana protein matcha and there were just chunks of the protein thrown in there. Obviously not blended in either. Im not one to ever leave a bad review but unfortunately this is the millionth time something like this happens where I end up disappointed by my order. Over $20 for service like this? I couldn’t even trust them to remake it if this is what they deem acceptable in the first place. Money literally down the drain as they were all unblended and bitter.

I order Starbucks probably three times a week twice at Totowa NJ and once from this location and the service is just horrible. The older lady taking orders via drive through is very rude, has an attitude and I seem to always get shorted when I order a Venti Triple. Totowa always fills the whole cup w almond milk and cold foam, not sure why I get an issue every time I order this here. Instead of remaking another order, it was just dumped into the Venti cup.

Thank you to the sweet young man at the Starbucks drive-thru today was incredibly kind. I was exhausted from work a long 3am to 2pm shift and he took the time to recommend the perfect coffee and even told me to taste it first before I go. My go to drink is A Brown sugar shaken espresso.i told him i want something to wake me up because I had to take my child to her dance recital.
But man this coffee!! It was delicious and he truly made my day. Didn’t catch his name. But he’s tall and has curly brown hair! Thank you!!!!!!!!

Adding one more star. Improvement from my last visit , bit faster then yesterday highly suggest at least during busy hours , please have more then 1 machine on, may be it’s but the long car queues shows other wise . I mean I don’t know about other cars but for my 1 coffee order the time is also quite long

Whoever H is thank you so much! I’m 39 weeks pregnant and not an avid coffee drinker but I called the store and told them I placed a DoorDash order and I just wanted EXTRAAAAA CARAMEL and icee coffee lol. He made it himself and with so much love . Totally recommend <3

Chai tasted so bland it was unrecognizable as chai, nobody acknowledged us for quite a while standing at the counter, even an “I’ll be right with you” would have been nice. Also this location stinks to get into.

Ordered a lavender ice matcha. I’ve ordered it from other Starbucks and it was delicious. This starbucks idk if they put too much matcha in it but it taste very bitter.

I had a really unpleasant experience at Starbucks today, February 25th. The manager on duty was extremely rude, which was surprising because I’ve never had any issues before. I usually stop by every day to pick up my coffee before work. When I arrived today and mentioned that I was waiting for my mobile order, the manager seemed to profile me and asked me what I was doing there. Then, when I tried to ask a question, she completely ignored me and gave me an attitude. This is the first time I’ve ever experienced this kind of behavior at any Starbucks, especially this one. It was a really horrible experience.”
