I recently dined here for the first time and had an incredible experience! The service was outstanding—friendly staff made us feel right at home. The food was absolutely delicious; every dish was bursting with flavor and perfectly cooked. I was pleasantly surprised by the affordability of the menu, making it a great value for the quality offered. The seating was comfortable and spacious, providing a wonderful ambiance for our meal. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a fantastic dining experience!

Chicken is always dry and no one wants to do anything about replacing an order or getting a refund. This place has gone downhill for sure. This is supposed to be their garlic chicken and I didn’t eat but one piece of chicken out of it. I’ve never had garlic chicken served to me almost all mushrooms. I’m never going back.

I would rather give them a ZERO for the way they did my order today! I had to turn around and go back to the store and request the proper meal at which point they packaged everything in a small Styrofoam cup and said that’s all they could do. I will no longer give any of my time or money to this restaurant! They are not the only outfit in town and I will gladly eat somewhere else after I have done many years of business at the store! Y’all need to fix your staff ! No sauce & no extra veggies as ordered and paid for!

While we were picking our table my 2 or old was looking and touching the potted plant on the floor and the lady came from behind the counter yelling no no no no at her then told her older siblings no one can touch the plant. She over reacted and should not yell at children and should expect children to try to touch a big potted plant if its on the floor. Very poor customer service. Slow to help us with sauce and silverware. Not a good experience.

Went through drive thru on 5-2-24 ordered sesame chicken w regular onion and green bell peppers voided the broccoli it came with. It was disgusting!!! The chicken was thin like eating won ton dipped in sauce. I also ordered 1 order of wonton which I will never do that again cuz I meant to say crab Rangoon

I’ve been eating here for 15+ years. My late Grandma and my favorite place to eat together throughout my childhood. Within the last year or so the quality of the food has significantly dropped. From the meat being chewy or un-edible, to the rice being so soaked in oil that it just sticks together in a soggy ball. My most recent meal was topped with burnt up pan residue that made the food un-edible and a waste of money yet again. There was also a miscommunication when they took my order resulting in me having to pay more for the rest of my items. Would not be an issue but I didn’t receive a receipt or a explanation that made sense. When I called to voice my complaints I was told repeatedly how my complaints were in-accurate. Fed up with the lack of customer service I suggested I not eat there anymore and was told, “good I don’t want you to eat here anymore”. This place doesn’t care about the customer and doesn’t care about the food so they don’t need our business. I highly recommend spending your hard earned money somewhere you can get quality and service for the same price.

My family and I ordered a bunch of food as egg drop soup being one of them. My impression of egg drop soup as I’ve ate at many different Chinese restaurants and never once had peas cabbage carrots and a bunch of other odd stuff in egg drop soup. When we brought the food home never got the chance to eat it as there was a nat floating at the surface. Called them, was put on “hold”; well the phone was down as I heard people talk about orders and stuff. So I drove there because they forgot I was on the phone, they proceeded to make me a new one. Got home and realized what was in it and that this wasn’t egg drop soup. So I called them and the lady was super disrespectful, I thought they gave me the wrong soup and she said they only have 2 different types of soups. Lie they have 3. So I told her I would like my money back, the website didn’t mention all these different ingredients as they should incase someone is allergic. She then told me that they are closing to call back tomorrow for a refund. My fiancé at that point was irritated because we’ve been up there multiple times and have spent a lot of money to not eat it. So we went there and the lady offered us a different type of soup. We didn’t like any other ones and to that point we were just fed up, so we told tell them we want our refund. They rejected and said no refund and that only style of egg drop soup made is the one they have. No other styles. I usually don’t give bad reviews but this one tops the cake. Super disappointed and will never come back here again! 0 stars!

A great option in the area to get some great food! Simple works, and if it’s not broke, then don’t fix it! The menu is basic and gets the job done. The food is hot and made immediately upon ordering. I’ve only done the drive thru, but I can tell you that the food does not take long at all for how awesome it is! Would have to recommend to anyone that enjoys this style of food. It would be nice if the hours stretched to bar closing time is the only thing that I would change.

I feel like I got ripped off! Container not full! The widest area of a container adds up quick, so to leave unfilled isnt good! Bartenders giving out shots should know that trick for shots, same concept!
