We’ve been ordering coffee from here almost everyday. Lately, the service has been so unpleasant. We ordered the drink online, but they always make it not as we order. So once I picked up the drink, and I tried to ask for the correct one. The staff have been giving me the non pleasant reaction and not even saying sorry. Not only once, but it’s been like this so many time already. We just feel really disappointed. Hopefully you try to improve your service soon. Thank you

I have been a loyal Starbucks customer for years and often use Starbucks locations as a place to read and work. Today’s experience was shocking and completely unacceptable.
I parked my car in the customer parking area and went inside to work during a non-busy hour in an almost empty shopping mall.. Without any warning or announcement inside the store, the staff called a tow company and had my car towed.
When I finished my work and went outside, my car was gone. I panicked and returned to the cashier to ask what happened. The staff lied, claiming they did not call the tow company and that an announcement had been made in the store. That is completely false—no announcement was made. Yet somehow they immediately provided me with the tow company’s phone number. If they “didn’t call,” how did they know exactly who to contact?
I had to call the towing company myself, locate my car, and pay $200 to get it released. The tow company confirmed the request came from the store.
This was handled in an extremely unprofessional and unethical way. Towing a customer’s car without warning—especially during a quiet time in an empty lot—is unacceptable. I have never experienced anything like this at Starbucks in any city before.
This was my last visit to this store, and I will be filing a formal complaint with Starbucks corporate. Customers deserve transparency, basic courtesy, and honesty—none of which were shown today.

Good coffee even though they only had Pikes place brewed. Their food case was empty 2 hours before closing which is disappointing. I had to ask if they had something food wise I was looking for. Wish there were more choices to buy. Staff nice. Place is big, but music too loud and could have used some cleaning. Overall good and I would go again. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was the music was too loud and that can bother Veterans with hearing issues and some basic cleaning was needed, and more than one kind of coffee should have been available. But good coffee considering the late hour.

The manger created a hostile environment. I walked into store with my scrubs on as a professional RN working in the community. I stood to order something. There were 3 customers in front of me. I walked to the other end of the counter and asked if I could have the code to the bathroom because I really needed to go to the bathroom and I was planning to order after using the bathroom. I was told I had to order something first. I implied I really needed to use the bathroom and would Oder something after I came out. I asked for the manger and the woman who denied me the code to the bathroom responded she was the manger. She told me if I do not like their rules I could leave the store. I was shocked by her inhumane and unprofessional response, I stood in line and ordered a cookie, then I was given the code to the bathroom. As I coming out I informed a couple of customers who were trying to tailgate into the restroom I gave them a head up they may need to order before using the bathroom. The manger walked from behind the counter and shouted at me not to speak to her customers and I should leave the store and I am not longer welcome there. . I was stunned and in disbelief. I literally cried when I got to my car. I have never been so humiliated and belittled for asking to use the restroom. I have been a customer for Starbucks for as long as I could remember. I will no longer be purchasing anything from the Starbucks franchise, and the many companies that I am associated with will give the business during the holiday season to alternative coffee shop. I will only go places were I am respected and seen as a valued customer, unfortunately Starbucks is no longer that place for me. Have a blessed day❤️❤️❤️

This place is great if you’re around the area and need a place to work. Overall assembly row STARBUCKS is better but this is great on the weekends when that one is filled. Staff are alright but they know what they’re doing and have plenty of seating for you. WIFI like any Starbucks is solid.
