Monday through Friday they offer a well curated and extremely tasty lunch buffet. I believe it is available from 11 to 1:30 PM. You can also get a take out buffet if you don’t want to eat in.
The tricky part is timing. The place is usually packed full around Noon. So getting there early or closer to 12:30 is usually a good strategy.
If you like high quality cuisine with really good flavors and a bit of spicy zing when needed… This is a rare hidden gem.
You can also get takeout and DoorDash between 11am and 9pm Monday through Saturday.
I regularly get carry out from here for dinner… It has always been fresh and delicious.

I came in for dinner and got the general Tsao’s chicken. You order at the counter and then seat yourself. The food came relatively quickly and was super tasty. The pieces of chicken were cubed on the smaller side so that they tasted more saucy. They were also fried very crispy before being sauced which I appreciated. The portion was generous, and the price was good – $12 with tax for the general Tsao’s and rice.
I also got some chili oil on the side which I like that they carry, though it was not the best chilli oil I have had.
The atmosphere was no frills.
I will definitely be back to try other dishes .

Definitely would not recommend
Food arrived cold was told they could remake but would come same temperature due to the cold weather outside ???? Per the chef as he was yelling about something
Food felt like just came straight from a cooler and placed on a hot plate to reheat but only the bottom center of the plate was hot. Definitely would not recommend
Wanted to try somewhere new from royal wok should have just went to royal wok after spending over $60 for cold food

Haven’t been here in a while but I remembered it was a pretty good Chinese food restaurant at the time. Decided to order some Kung pao chicken, orange chicken, and sweet/sour chicken, egg rolls and crab rangoons on 12/22. The egg rolls were a good size and flavor was typical of any similar restaurant and the sweet/sour chicken was good too. Again, not really any different from any other place. Where it went downhill has with the king pao and orange chicken. Both of the chickens were rubbery and hard in places. Like it was dried up or had been sitting for while. We could not finish the chicken due to this. Really a bummer considering how much everything cost. Maybe it was just a one off, but don’t plan on going back again soon.

This is my go to place for Chinese food. I tried all the chicken dishes on lunch menu and all of them are delicious! The portions are generous and the veggies are always fresh and crunchy! The dinner shrimp and tofu is absolutely the best! It was delicate yet tasty! Love your food!

We ordered carry out food last night from Tsao’s. Unfortunately, I’ve had frozen Chinese food with more taste. The Lo Mein tasted like spaghetti noodles and little discernable sauce. The Sesame Chicken had some flavor and the chicken was moist & tender but the sauce was runny and the side of fried rice had no spice or flavor. The egg rolls were without flavor too.

Great Chinese food at a good price. Self service and uses heavy duty (not plastic) plates and bowls. The hot and sour soup is the best! Tofu and meat fried mixture is delicious! Comfort for hungry souls!!

I’ve tried the place twice and the first time I was not very impressed… maybe the cooks were having an off day? The 2nd time was amazing, I have to say it’s best Chinese lunch buffet around! Thier tempura style Orange Flounder is to die for and so is the General Tso’s Chicken. Another favorite is thier pot stickers, absolutely delicious! If you like spicy try the Kung Pao Chicken it’s also amazing! Last but not least is the Teriyaki chicken, they nailed it.
5/5

Their buffet is small but kept so fresh and it’s only 11 bucks currently! It’s amazing. Plus their food stands out in quality. I can’t stand most of the cheap places. Their lo mein actually has firmness. The place is great. Go try the buffet. You’ll be hooked.

This is my favorite local Chinese takeout restaurant. I enjoy their outstanding regular menu in addition to their “secret” menu that they have written on a white board behind the counter. Everything I’ve tried has been fresh and prepared with care.
