I visited Mici for the first time and mentioned this to the cashier while asking for help with the menu.
She was friendly, and after placing my order, she flipped the register around and presented me with my total and a pre-selected 15% tip—before I even received any food. I accepted it and chose to receive my receipt by email, so I didn’t notice the additional 3% “operations fee” until I got home. For a first-time guest, that felt misleading.
Unfortunately, the lasagna was a major letdown. It tasted bland and sour, as if the only seasoning used was vinegar. After a few bites, I threw it away. For $15+, I could have had better from the freezer. It didn’t taste authentic.
The restaurant itself didn’t feel clean. The walls and table top were dirty, which added to the ick feeling. Between the unexpected fees, poor food quality, and overall atmosphere, I won’t be returning.

Leapof faith
I ordered the half tray of meat lasagna for christmas and was very disappointed. There was absolutely minimal, if any meat, and there was only 3 layers of pasta. For a price of $89 dollars , I was expecting quite a bit more. Next time , maybe I’ll just stick with Stouffers.

This place is so good and consistent. I work in the area and always stop in for lunch when I do. Food and service is excellent. Portions are bigger than expected and flavor is great. The staff is friendly and helpful. Haven’t had a meal here that I didn’t love.

We had a wonderful first experience at Mici highlands ranch. Jada was a pleasure and the menu was simple and easy to order.
My wife spilled her wine and the young man (who likes cars) came instantly to clean it and started a pleasant conversation. Then the owner replaced it when he clearly didn’t have to. Amazing service. Great food and a fantastic value.
We will be back.

Happy Foodie
First time at Mici. It was good. I thought the pizza tasted like it was missing something. Nice outer crust, a bit soggy the rest of the crust under toppings. The salad was good. Gelato was average but who doesn’t like gelato! I would eat there again, but nothing special. My friend has gluten allergies so she was happy to go there because they offer gluten free pizza.

Really great gluten free pizza! Great environment and nice outside siting area. I would give 5 stars but we ordered breadsticks and they turned out to be cheesy garlic toasted French bread. 4 slices and 2 cups of Marinara. Maybe they would be great for an adult but my son was having a hard time biting through it.

The staff was very friendly. They got our food out quickly, and when there was a mixup, they were quick to correct it and made it even better. Food was great. The pepperoni pizza was fantastic and the gelato was super creamy.

Kaylee was amazing! She greeted us right away with a big smile and was so friendly and patient while taking our order. You can tell she really cares about the customers and enjoys what she does. I ordered a Caesar salad ,another small salad with grapes and Gorgonzola and a pepperoni pizza thru door dash. I got a cheese pizza and a container of cheese and tomatoes instead of the Caesar salad I ordered. Terrible results that I paid $60 dollars for. Never again
