Food was trash. Cheese pizza was mushy and under cooked. The cups were burnt like charcoal. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Corporate needs to step in and start doing something about the quality of food here cause it is garbage and beyond disrespectful to be charging people full.ptice for D tier pizza.

Waited in drive thru over five minutes, with two cars behind us, and a car parked in one of two spots. An employee clearly on break was in the other. A guy appeared miraculously for the person that walked in. We were not even looked at until after the walk-in got their pizza and was walking out.
Pizza had huge bubble in middle with almost no bread; otherwise, tasted fine.
Will avoid and discourage others from going.

Tonight we waited in the drive thru for 10 minutes at 6:30 and were not acknowledged in any way. We saw 2 people walk in after we got there and walk out with their pizzas. Then the two employees I’d seen inside disappeared and about 7 minutes later we drove away. During that time, 2 or 3 more people walked in, and 2 more cars waited behind us.

Never once any acknowledgement that we existed.

Unlucky day, maybe? But this is the 3rd time it’s happened to us at this location in the last year or two.

Management needs to either staff up or get more reliable employees. I almost never leave negative reviews but hot dang.

First off the google maps location is wrong. Secondly parking lots terribly small and crap to navigate. Wait time is atrocious. Atmosphere is terrible. Would and will never be back. Go to the speed way on the other side of the street, and get pizza way faster and same quality. Just all around sad.

Didn’t open the box until we got home. Very disappointed. This should have been thrown away. Nice young man at the window but really on the pizza?!

Never have I ever come to Little Caesars on Linden Rd (off Corunna Rd) and be so disappointed!! I ordered 3 pizzas custom orders two with bacon and pepperoni along with butter and parm on the whole pizzas and one with vegetables along with butter and parm all over it. When I got my order it was THREE slices-n-stix! WHY ON GOD’S GREEN EARTH WOULD I ORDER $38.13 worth of that when they’re $6 each!! I asked for the manager (Brandon) and he basically tried to write me off and tell me that I indeed ordered the slices-n-stix when my receipt said different! It would’ve been close to $32 had I ordered what was given to me. When I asked for for an explanation he merely said I’ll give you some bread sticks to compensate you. NO SIR; you will do no such thing! I want what I ordered please and thank you!! The fact that the employees were back there engaged in a deep conversation (which is fine as long as you know how to multi-task) and got my order wrong to find out that the manager himself made my order is even more disappointing!! I would’ve been okay until he started making it seem like I’m the one that made the pizzas and I was wrong!! I’m am deeply disappointed in the service that I received I can’t express it enough.

Horrible experience. Waited 15 min in the lobby just to order all the while this dude spends 10 minutes hitting on a girl in the drive through. Won’t be coming back.

I should also add, I tried to call ahead 3 times prior to showing up. Phone just rang endlessly. Poorly run.

Please avoid this location at all costs. The lack of customer service will anger you deeply! My son ordered 3 pizzas and an order of crazy bread at the window. When he got home and we opened the crazy bread, I was dismayed to find the crazy bread burnt to a bleeping crisp– AGAIN! For some reason, and it’s only been at this location, they can’t seem to NOT burn the crazy bread. I try to avoid going here but they’re only 5 minutes away from my house. But, I shouldn’t have to drive all over God’s green earth for food that looks how it’s supposed to. If I’m spending my HARD-EARNED MONEY, I expect to get pizza that’s been cut all the way through and crazy bread that isn’t burnt! Yes, that’s another thing. We always have to pull out our pizza cutter because it would seem that no one there can cut a pizza to save their lives. Or maybe the cutters at this Little Caesars are incredibly dull. I did call to complain about the burnt crazy bread (we hadn’t gotten to the pizzas yet) and spoke with a lady named “Alex”. I gave her my son’s order number and she apologized and said she had new people working and that she would credit the entire order. It’s 9:51pm and nothing has been credited back to my son’s account. I’m pretty sure this was just a ruse to get me off the phone because I was pretty mad when I called. I mean, we’re a family of 7, and I was looking forward to having a night off from cooking. So I am beyond PO’d that my son spent $40 and change on sub par food. We could’ve made our own for much less and have many times. But, sometimes you just want someone else to do the cooking, lol! I won’t be going back to this location and I will be contacting corporate, as well. How hard is it to do your job and TAKE PRIDE IN IT? If you’re going to make pizza, make it the best damn pizza! And if you’re going to put “EXTRA MOST BESTEST” on the boxes, that better be what people get when they get it home!

Genuinely good pizza with good service. The building is old, the menu sign outside has not worked since they installed it but that doesn’t stop the food from being good

I love Little Ceasars, I get it all the time for me and my co-workers at a job just down the road, but the service here sucks. Incredibly understaffed and slow. I know the workers are doing their best but on a Friday afternoon/evening they need 3 people to help move things along. I see the “Now Hiring” sign so hopefully things change
