The time their open is wrong. They open when the workers decide to work. Saw employees inside. Tried drive through. No one took order. Went up to drive through window. Ignored. Watched someone try to go in to order and doors still locked

I had a really solid visit to Burger King recently. The service was great, and everything about the order was spot-on.
Shoutout to Richard, who was incredibly kind and patient. He took the time to repeat our order back to us to make sure it was correct — and it was! You don’t always get that kind of attention to detail in fast food, so it definitely stood out.
Overall, it was just a smooth, pleasant experience from start to finish. Great service, hot food, and Richard’s friendly attitude made the visit even better. Thanks, BK team!

The cashier/order taker was great.
Bathroom was dirty and seat broken.
Ordered a Whopper and a chicken sandwich for $6. The Whopper was fine. That why I gave two stars. The chicken sandwich was way overcooked, tasted poorly. Look at the picture. 60-70% burnt breading.
Overall would not be interested in going back.

Management lied when I checked my order,
When I spoke of my order being wrong, as in this is a cheese burger, he stated oh no it that were out of bacon king wrappers.
He even stated what my order was before he gave me someone else’s order.
Then when I called to complain, I got a run around from one of the counter people.
Just how hard is it for the drive up window person to check the orders,
What really made upset was he repeated the order to me ,then lied about it!
I will not be going to this Burgerking again.
I hope they don’t delete this like the yesterday!

I was the only customer. Guy behind counter was leaned over on his phone. Didn’t look up or acknowledge my presence. I ordered on the app and only went in to pick up. He was on phone for about a minute or longer. He finally finished what ever he was doing and acknowledged me. I couldn’t give less than 1 star for the service I received.
