It was a group of 9 of us coworkers coming in for lunch to celebrate Christmas today! The SERVICE of them coming around with cutting the meats was very good! The shrimp ceviche was delicious If you enjoy eating salads, you will have a great variety of choices to choose from! I’m a bread person so the different types of bread very good & fresh! The salad bar has a good selection of different things to eat! Lastly, they came showing us the different desserts & I chose the caramel flan it was yummy

I am sharing this review respectfully to promote transparency and inform other customers.
I visited this restaurant on January 9 to celebrate my birthday, a special occasion that I chose to share with my daughter. Based on the confirmation email and the messaging provided during the sign-up process, the experience was presented as welcoming, professional, and customer-focused. Unfortunately, the experience I received was far from what I expected for such a meaningful celebration.
During our visit, we were assisted by a supervisor named “Ana Vicente”. At the end of the meal, I clearly wrote and authorized a specific tip amount on the receipt. However, after reviewing the charge processed by my bank, I noticed that the tip amount had been altered without my authorization, resulting in a higher charge than what I signed and approved.
I have retained the original receipt, which clearly shows the correct tip amount written by me. The discrepancy between the signed receipt and the final charge is concerning, especially considering the trust customers place in establishments when celebrating important moments.
I am sharing this experience so that other consumers remain attentive when reviewing receipts and bank statements. I sincerely hope management reviews this situation internally and takes the necessary steps to ensure this does not happen again.

Keep in mind when paying with gift card and regular debit/credit, they will charge you gratuity twice since they have to ‘split’ my check. I wish it was mentioned but the manager nor server never told me. I really like the food and atmosphere but the checkout experience was extremely weird.
Edit to respond: I was never explained this and I asked to apply the full $50 of the gift card and they only used $40 which was extremely weird. Anyways, the transparency was not there and it wasnt a good birthday experience

We recently visited Rodizio in Dania Beach, and overall, the experience was just okay. The food was decent but nothing impressive — I’ve had much better at other Brazilian steakhouses. The meat service was slow, and we had to wait quite a while for different cuts to come around.
One of our juices didn’t taste right, and even though we mentioned it, the staff didn’t offer a discount as a courtesy, which was disappointing. For the price, I expected better quality and service. It wasn’t terrible, but definitely not the 5-star experience I was hoping for.

We all enjoyed this last minute reservation for over 100 people. Renata and Ana did a great job helping us celebrate at this restaurant. Everyone enjoyed the food. Will return.

Kevin, the busser, was extremely nice and professional. Even though he was busy cleaning and had a lot on his hands, he still took the time to check on me and ask if everything was good. He even brought me a soda even though he wasn’t my server. His work ethic really stood out, and he was very polite and attentive. It’s great to see someone who cares about customers while working so hard. Great service!

Excellent experience at Rodizio Grill Brazilian Steakhouse in Fort Lauderdale. Joanna was very friendly and attentive with us throughout our visit. The salad bar has a great variety and everything was very fresh. The meat was also very good, well prepared, and with plenty of options. To finish, the dessert was delicious as well.
Definitely a place I would recommend if you want to enjoy great Brazilian food and excellent service. We would happily come back again!

Joanna was absolutely amazing and truly made our visit unforgettable. From the moment we sat down, she was warm, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure we had a great experience. She knew the menu well, gave excellent recommendations, and checked on us at the perfect times without ever being intrusive. Our drinks were always refilled, our food came out perfectly, and everything was handled with a smile. It’s rare to find service this outstanding, and Joanna went above and beyond in every way. She is easily one of the best servers we’ve ever had, and she’s a huge reason we will be coming back to this steakhouse.
