I came in for the lunch menu and asked the server if he preferred the steak or chicken on the Mindy’s plate. He said “steak” and I said I’ll have that. He brought Mindy’s chicken to my table….. I said oh well. Didn’t bring it up. Food was lacking in flavor. Salsa was basically watered down tomato juice.
To top off the experience, he brought my ticket charging me for the full dinner meal and not the lunch. I need to quit going to Mexican restaurants when I’m in the northern states I guess.

I had the tortilla soup and it was excellent. Usually, you don’t get much chicken but there was too much chicken in this. I also had a good burrito dinner but I’d recommend going light on the cheese sauce unless you like a lot of cheese…

We walked in and got an order to go. Food for 4 adults took about 5 minutes – so quick! We enjoyed the birria quesadilla the most, but the birria tacos were great, and the enchiladas blancas, tacos, and pollo fundido were also fabulous. Definitely worth trying!
