Placed an online order and I will admit hands down it was my mistake but would this not warrant a call to verify? Why would the other three pizzas have cheese? They didn’t seem to think this was an issue. They were not willing to correct/remedy it for me. What a waste of not one but two pizzas. Luckily I had mozzarella at home so I paid for pizzas that I had to add cheese to when I got home.

Been getting pizzas in these stores since papa Aldo’s came to Hillsboro, Or in the early 1980s. When we moved to The Dalles, that store became our favorite pizza place, and then the name change…same great pizza and service. Take and bake is a must when you live 15 minutes from town …papa Murph’s is the best!

Called in a order of one family size pepperoni around 8:49. Guy told me my order would be ready in ten minutes i said dont you close in ten minutes and he said yes. So I drove 6 miles into town within 8 minutes got to papa murphy’s at 9 a clock and when I got there the door was locked and the same guy told me that he closed the register and couldn’t do any transaction but just told me on the phone that it would be ready in literally 10 minutes. How does that even make sense? I even reminded him that they closed in 10 minutes and still told me to come grab it.

App refused to work, even after help. Calling in was worthless as the name for the order and the order itself were both wrong even after double checking over the phone. Was charged for a more expensive pizza than was accidentally given, then when I went back to get the right pizza that was originally more that I wanted, ordered, and was charged for, they then tried to charge me extra because the pizza I wanted and ordered was more expensive than the one I was given!
