This store is awful. I put an online order for 7pm at 2pm. I had called at 5:15 and asked to see if they could expedite my order for delivery by 6:30pm and they said yes. At 6:15, I check the app and the order got shifted to 7:30. I called to see what happened and the rep on the other side said that the app is wrong and the pizzas had left the store. Then the app said the pizzas had entered the oven at 6:30 which means that rep clearly lied. I had waited until 7:30 and they gave me the reason/excuse that they were backed up with orders. After receiving our pizzas, they were undercooked despite asking for well done and we found a hair in our pizza. When I had called back to request a refund, they would not give one. I will never order from this store again and advise everyone not to either.

This is absolutely disgusting and needs to go viral. I ordered food off of the Uber app. The first thing I noticed fishy about the delivery was the fact that my order was not properly updating in the system until the driver arrived. Up until this point it showed a pending site even after refreshing the app multiple times. And when I mean literally I heard the driver walking up the stairs to the apartment and the app had refreshed to ask if the food had arrived yet or not. It gets worse. As the driver arrives, I answer the door and the driver handed over the food and let out a huge wheeze and grinning smile. I could immediately feel like something was wrong but I just accepted the food and closed the door after thanking him. When I received the food I placed the food down and proceeded to open my drink. Upon opening the seal of my soda I noticed the seal had not crack to it showing that it had been tampered with. I also noticed in addition that there was not immediate fizzing of the opening to the drink. EVERY COMMERICAL COCA COLA PRODUCT THAT IS SODA HAD A CONFIRIMATION OF FIZZ ONCE YOU CRACK THE SEAL! Once this was noticed I then immediately poured out the soda completely after I put two and two together after his phishy act and the entire process of receiving the order not to take risks. &&& what topped it off and why I am leaving a review is because with me being a relatively clean person I noticed once I sat down I had a slight tightness in my chest for quite some time after. It has subsided since then but now I am questionable about eating my food after that disgusting delivery. I would strongly suggest the owner of that restaurant see this and take the appropriate actions such as testing your associates for any type of sickness ESPECIALLY WHEN THEY ARE DEALING WITH FOOD!!!

I stopped by this Domino’s location recently and asked to use the restroom, but was told I couldn’t unless I purchased food, so I said I was going to order a pizza, but he insisted that first has to order then use the bathroom. I understand policies vary, but it felt very unwelcoming and unhelpful, especially since I wasn’t trying to cause any issues and simply needed the restroom for a moment. This experience left a negative impression, and I hope the store considers being a bit more accommodating to customers and community members.

I was treated rudely when ordering my food online. I was told that they thought my home was a hotel and could not deliver my food and they claimed the wrong number unprofessional and is not clean environment the pizza makers do not wash there hands and should wear gloves.

Manager Vanessa very disrespectful manager poor customer service lack of empathy for customers. She got my order wrong and said I asked for barbecue sauce under the pizza as the sauce for the pizza and both pizzas were wrong.She said I will receive one of the pizzas back and 0 accommodation, my total was 52$. Never come here if u want good customer service. Vanessa needs to be demoted and replaced quickly because that will behavior should never be allowed in a professional setting.

This Dominos is very inconsistent with their quality of product that comes out of the kitchen. As my kids say, “it’s a hit or a miss.” As of recent its been a miss by not following order directions, missing sauces on sandwiches, most recently, handmade pan pizzas with the dough stretched thin enough to be a thin crust pizza dripping in grease. Starting to get really disappointed here that I’m willing to drive and pick up at the next location.

Something is seriously wrong at this Domino’s Pizza in Gaithersburg Maryland. You have employees in street clothes around the food preparation area with no headgear or hair covering. The management needs to do better and the customer service needs improvement.
