Yes sir Ladies and Gentlemen, I pulled in the parking lot smelling excellence . Low and behold this restaurant is awesome. Didn’t have to wait long to be seated, I had the loaded nachos to start. Then I order half a rack of ribs with loaded fries , Mac and cheese. It was all spectacular from the service to the belly lol. Ribs was fall of the bone finger kicking good. This place is awesome . The chocolate cake was great! Definately big enough to share. Got the donuts. First batch was undercooked but they got us a new batch and they were good! Shared a sharable donut bag and a chocolate cake with ice cream between 5 of us. It was Plenty!

I really wanted to love this place, price was not bad, food was pretty good, service was just ok, I don’t want to leave a negative review and name names, I don’t know what people are going through, but the Customer Service here was pretty awful. For as empty as the place was it took forever to get drinks, food, and finally pay the check. I do not mind waiting for amazing food, this food was not amazing, it was good, they were out of their signature ribs, on a Wednesday at 6pm? Kinda ridiculous. Had to get the imported ribs and they were as good as frozen ribs you’d buy. My order got entered wrong so I didn’t even get the food I ordered, but after the wait I was happy to have two entrees of anything and gobbled up what we got.

Well, first off I understand the initial wait to be seated but being placed at a table with sticky glass rings and what looked like melted candy I had to asked to be reseated. After that, I couldn’t sit at the table I wanted but the host/waitress/whatever did clean the three tables in my immediate area and then reseat me. After browsing the menu the burger options looked great so I started to order that and the didn’t have any burgers. So, brisket stuffed grilled cheese it is. The highest priced grilled cheese I’ve ever eaten actually. For $19.99 you get a straight up grilled cheese with over dry but flavorful brisket and some basic shoestring fries but at least the plate was clean. Now, the food was a little bland so I figured I taste the sauces in the rack at the table. The Carolina Mopping Sauce went perfect on the fries and when I picked up and flipped the Barb-B-Q to dan on the edge of my grilled cheese the top came off and flooded the entire plate, sandwhich and all with sauce. At this point I give up on enjoying the whole experience and look forward to a better experience somewhere else.

I would % eat here again when I’m in town. Everything was delicious. Highly recommend and great service! The only thing I would not get again was the corn it was good but just okay. The baked beans were delicious. We also substituted our smoked sausage for the jalapeño smoked sausage and I would do that again! This was new for me but it won’t be a last.

I ordered 1/2 rack of baby back ribs, received regular which were unpalatable for me. I never ever send back food even if they bring my order wrong. The loud music may have constituted the server not hearing my order correctly.
The tables are extremely dirty. The server has to clean them with a spray. That shouldn’t be the server’s job. The establishment makes more than enough money to have an adequate position for a person to keep these tables actually clean.
We were seated by a puddle of water and a wet table. Again, it is NOT the server’s fault, ESTABLISHMENT’S fault for not having a designated position to keep establishment clean.
Once again, the server should NOT have to run around cleaning tables.

They didn’t ask for a driver’s license so they didn’t realize they were grown up or teenagers didn’t have no name tags they had no hairdance when they make the martini drinks they had a lot of salt in it but the food was all right

My wife and I visited Smokey Bones today for the first time in years, and we had an absolutely fantastic time. The food was delicious, but what truly set it apart was the exceptional service provided by Shawna. She greeted us with a warm smile and consistently checked on us to ensure our comfort.
We observed Shawna multitasking as a host, bartender, and waitress, all while maintaining her friendly and welcoming demeanor. Her ability to interact with everyone with a smile and genuine warmth made her stand out.
The next time we visit Smokey Bones, we’re planning to make sure we sit in her area.

This was our first time here and they did not disappoint. The hostess was attentive, smiling and courteous . Once seated Destiny our server was great! She refilled drinks, and was smiling each time. The food was amazing! Hot and fresh and we ate well. Dwight the manager was amazing, he stopped by our time and he was smiling too. This is the best restaurant i’ve visited in a long while.
