It was freezing in the restaurant. We were waiting for the waitress to come to our table for about 10 minutes, for drinks about 15 min, for food about 15 min. Food was all child sized and belonged on the children’s menu. Toast was cold with unmelted butter. For a party of 3, we were ALL disappointed. Asked for coffee and butter at the beginning of making my order, and never refilled it until we were putting our coats on. I never got the butter.

Cute Family Restaurant in an out of the way location. We stopped here after spending time at a nearby State Park. The staff was friendly and professional, the food was good and arrived in a timely manner. I would definitely eat here again.

I have never experienced such a rude waitress in my life. After asking for extra gravy 3 times, the gravy was set on table with a very rude “enjoy” said to us.
Food used to be much better but it’s gone very down hill. Prices went up and the plates got smaller. This will be the last time that my family ever eats here. Which is a shame cause we used to love Richard’s.

Richard’s is not what it used to be. The sausage gravy is much thinner than it used to be. The restaurant itself needs updated. The food was hot, which is good, but the taste was lacking. Will I go here again? Probably not. Sorry, Richard’s.

5 stars all around! I’ve been coming to Richard’s restaurant for a solid 20 years since I was a kid with my grandparents, just went there this morning for some breakfast. Had a delicious cheese omelette, hash browns that were nice and crispy, stringy too! Got some bacon, crisped to perfection! And some buttery toast that sent me back to the times where I was sitting there enjoying almost the same meal with my grandparents!! Washed it all down with some of the best chocolate milk I’ve had in a long while, and my service was quick and speedy, as all good food service should be! Will definitely be coming back for more!!! And all of it was under $15 too?? HELLO SAVING!

It use to be a good place to eat but it truly was the worst food at any restaurant I’ve ever had. They raised the prices and now serve your meal on a salad plate! We’ve eaten our last meal her bc it was a waist of money. The portion sizes were so small that when we were finished two of the men that were eating with us so they were going to be leaving Richard’s and going to get drive-through somewhere because they were still so hungry. This used to be a great restaurant. The young waitress was wonderful, pleasant and apologetic about how long it took to get our food. The manager came back and talked to us and apologized because they were training two new cooks and they didn’t know what they were doing. I do understand that we had a group of 10 so we moved the meal time would be longer. But the food was so disappointing absolutely the worst.
