I remember thinking as I first picked up the sandwich (the Hot Mess Melt), I really need to take a pic first. Well, so much for that. I thought about it again as I took the last bite. This is a BIG sandwich- grilled Texas toast with lotsa tender pot roast beef, melty cheese, & sauteed onions, omg SOOO GOOD! I’ve had 2 more since the 1st sandwich, but have run into the same issue, forgetting the pic, every time!
