It’s a sub sandwich place no big deal, but I will say for the price you pay, they got it going on. Every server was dressed professionally in the franchise theme, friendly and articulate.

Hadn’t been in here yet, so wanted to check them out. The store was clean, brightly lit, and had a number of tables with chairs for dine in options. The employees were friendly. 🙂
Picked up a club wrap for dinner tonight. It was delicious. Securely packed, it was very well wrapped when I got home. I did not modify the sandwich other than to move from bread to a wrap.
The dressing made it a bit messy once unwrapped, but I wiped off the bottom and it was fine. Nicely proportioned, although I’m an onion fiend and might get extra onions if I go back for a 2nd trial. Made sure to have my plate directly under the sandwich – lots of dressing ended up on the plate and happily not my shirt!
It was late enough that Starbucks was empty, so I parked in front on the side facing Mequon Road. But not a big deal to walk if there hadn’t been. Plenty of parking on the side lot.

I dine here more than I’d like to admit! Always such great customer service! They take time to say hello, ask about your day, and they’re always fast no matter how long the line is.
Today I picked up lunch for my wife and I. It’s her birthday and they wrote her birthday wishes on her sub.

I’ve been to this location a few times, but I went in yesterday and ordered my food and asked for gluten free bread because I have celiac disease. They offered to wipe down the counter and equipment even though it already looked clean and changed their gloves without me asking. It’s so nice to have situations like this because it feels safe to eat and feels like they care. Will definitely keep coming back here!

Long time customer of Jersey Mikes, I am happy they finally have a location in Germantown. Unfortunately, its sad to see a poor staffed location. They cannot handle order ahead and in person ordering, they should just pick one and stick with that. I have never seen so many people stand and wait for a sub.

Sandwiches are delicious and reasonably priced. What stands out here are the employees and the level of service. It’s absolutely phenomenal, busy or not, you are treated like a person and a customer, not a transaction. Corporate could use this store as a model of outstanding customer experience.
