Though this past Thursday October 16 I had to wait go to the front it’s all good I understand they had to make more rice I get it.. well when I opened the box All my walnut shrimp was covered in fried rice it was buried.. my lil extra tiny box of my 3 rd entree the only one to enjoy without rice covering it completely like molasses and chicken feathers !I Love Panda Express I always order all walnut shrimp for my 3 entrees ..so please do better filling the plates and not covering the main meal with the full plate of the side ..maybe u should put the side on in the lil box instead of the entree in a tiny side box.. I spend money every week for me and my gbaby and husband.. please do better

The food is generally good. The orange chicken can be very inconsistent, though (spicy one time, sweet the next). Most of the other foods don’t seem to vary much in flavor. The employees give totally different answers to inquiries. I have been with people who have asked something about more/less of a certain ingredient like wanting a scoop with less mushrooms. If they already have enough in the bowl like that, I don’t get why that would be a problem, but I do understand that this isn’t a restaurant that cooks each item specifically for your order, so it is understandable when the answer is “no” but some of the employees have acted as if the person asked for a free meal or something when he/she wanted the same size scoop that he/she would be paying for anyways and only wanted to know if it could come from the side of the bowl with more/less.

Waited for 15 minutes for pepper steak and Chow Mein to cook. Watched other customers get overflowing spoonfuls of food. When preparing my plate after waiting for 15 minutes I received small portions. Paid $15 dollars for 8 dollars worth of food! Poor service tonight! Might not come back!

Awful, I ordered on Uber eats and I had my order stolen. After an hour, I managed to get another order. Basically everything was inedible. There was hair all throughout my meal. I have several missing items and everything was cold! There are so many better places to eat. Never again.

Got Togo today, got home to this, soo much cabbage barely any chow mein in both plates, where’s the rest of the steak? A few pieces on top but not what it should be, if I have to pay extra it should be in there. Apparently won’t be getting Togo anymore

Ordered online. And they still got my order wrong and missing a entrée. It appears correct on receipt. And the food tastes mediocre at best. And they messed up a kids meal. No juice or apple slices. Only one semi pleased is my lovely forgiving wife. Only thing wrong with hers is she ordered rice and got noodles. The noodles are not good at all.
