I’ve been coming here for awhile now ever since I moved to this area and I try to go at least once a month with my boyfriend. Staff is respectful unlike what alot of people are claiming, we’ve never gotten sick before from here and the food really does taste amazing.
The people who work here have even memorized our drink orders and I’ve /never/ seen them “cuss out” or be rude to anyone even when a customer is rude to them. They’re extremely professional from what I’ve witnessed.
I heavily encourage this place to be tried, it may not be everyone’s cup of tea but it’s truly a staple in Auburn that /every/ person knows about.

Chens is amazing. Been there many many times. The ladies that work there are so nice and welcoming. The food is always good. They will happily make a fresh batch of whatever is in the buffet if you ask them.

I wanted to give them another try because the first time, they barely filled the box with my order. It was like a kids meal. THIS time I asked that they fill the box and DO NOT include vegetables! Look at the picture! Not only did it have vegetables but the food tasted like chlorine. I will not be patronizing this business ever again!

I can not believe this place has a 4.2 star overall rating. My wife, grandson, and I ate there tonight and it was really disgusting. The food on the buffet looked and tasted like it had been there since lunch. Nothing was good at all. The worst Chinese food that we have ever eaten in our 50 years on earth.

The food was not appetizing. The hot & sour soup was too sour.The chips were stale. The tareki chicken was old and hardened. I had to tear the pieces with my hands to even get some that was edible. The garlic chicken was also over hardened. The lo mein had a werid taste.Out of the 6 people with me;not one liked the mein. The apple pie was also very brown & old. They also offer nothing for the little kids only fries & onion rings. Overall the buffet had little to offer me. I will not be returning. There are better options in winder.
