I arrived to order cinnamon bites as I’ve fell in love with them!!! As I was standing awaiting my order I noticed the gentleman using his bare hands making pizzas!!! I waiting around to speak with him once my order came up……I then explained that I didn’t want that order but would rather him remake it but this time wash hands and put on gloves!!! As I stops there watched as he touching foot handles, answering the phone, touching computer screen and returning to finish making the pizzas!!! He had an attitude afterwards and once he did hand me my order, I politely thanked him!!! He not once open his mouth but walked off
Also as I was capturing the photo of the receipt I noticed I was charged $1.00 towards St Jude when in fact I wasn’t asked nor gave permission for it to be added!!! I called only to be given the excuse, the cashier must’ve hit it by mistake!!!

Currently sitting outside waiting on curbside when I see this sign that says they only do curbside from 4pm-9pm. I’m sick with the flu and because I ordered the half off pizza deal it can’t be delivered which is understandable. I was dreading walking in because I don’t feel well. And a few moments later my pizza was delivered to my car curbside! This is why I love dominos so much! The customer service is so top tier! Thank you so much ☺️

There are a lot of pizza places today, you always know what you are getting with Domino’s pizza. There is a new look inside the store, new tile, new trim walls and paint. looks nice and clean like the managers are keeping up with their stores. I got the People’s Choice which is the most popular pizza and with hand tossed is added cheese and added herbs and spices. You can eat in the store at tables, get it to go and dropped at your door but I love their pizza more and more.

ordered a large pepperoni pizza and got home 15 minutes later to see that there was little cheese and mostly dough and one slice only had 2 pieces of pepperoni on it. i called to ask for them to remake it or to get a refund and their manager said “well we portion out all of our toppings by weight.” rather than owning up to the mistake. weight aside, my slice only had two pepperonis and one dollop of cheese, this is not up to dominoes standards. she said it would be 20 minutes to remake the pizza, rather than putting me at the front of the queue for *their* mistake and failure to quality control. bad food, horrible service. i will be taking my business elsewhere which is a shame considering i love dominoes, that is, when it is good.

Never use this place, you won’t get your order. Called in an order for delivery, they told me 30-35 minutes. At 45 minutes I called because it still hadn’t been delivered, they told me it just left. After an hour of waiting in the hotel lobby I went to bed hungry. They only had to bring it a quarter mile down the street to Comfort Suites! I couldn’t go get it because I already had the horse on the trailer fed and watered and couldn’t move the trailer. They missed out on a $10 tip and got a horrible review for their lies and incompetence.

Tried to send some employees pizza and the driver pulled up outside and called me instead of going inside. Was rude and literally said “I don’t want to walk away from my car because my phone will disconnect” Tossed the pizzas down with attitude without saying a word and walked out. I tipped well and just trying to send some of my employees some pizza and none of us deserve to be treated like that.

It’s not as bad as it used to be, but I do like Little Caesars better. I like Little Caesars price better too.
Okay, well, I got the medium hand-tossed pepperoni and bacon pizza, and the pepperoni cheesy bread. The pizza is only so-so, and as you can tell from the photo that I took of my cheesy bread, you will be hard-pressed to find the pepperoni. And I can’t taste it at all.
But hey, some people like to taste of certain pizza parlors better than others. Domino’s is iconic, I cannot deny that. Unfortunately, just like all other industries out there in this current economy, Domino’s has really cut back on anything that gets stuffed inside and hidden away from sight (breads, stuffed crusts, etc). In the past, I have also ordered some of their sandwiches. I recommend going to an actual restaurant to get any of those. They’re all bread and very little filling.

Ordered a SMALL pepperoni pie. Was told it would be maybe 15-20 min. 25 min later as I’m still sitting there I asked for update. Now she said they’re just going to make it now, another 15-20 min wait. Would not count on them to be efficient. This slowness has happened on another occasion. Try a local spot or Papa J’s.
