Ordered the birria sandwich which was just okay. Presentation was good with lightly grilled bread, fresh onion, cilantro, and jalapeño slices. However the birria was not as tender as it could have been and the biggest issue was the sandwich was too salty. Dipping it in the consumme’ only added more salt so I couldn’t really enjoy that part of it. I also got a cup of the street corn which was the best part of the meal. It could have been an off night but I wouldn’t order that sandwich again.

The food was pretty bad unfortunately. The queso tasted burnt and the tacos were very disappointing. The cilantro lime rice also had a strange smell and tasted funny. I was not impressed.

Wow, went for lunch today. I ordered the vegtarian tacos and these were AMAZING. Not just your average bland vege mix, this was filled with fresh peppers and cabbage, homemade corn tortillas. The flavors were wonderful. Customer service, on point. Thank you Dillon, we had a great time talking with you too! I highly recommend Chile Con Quesadilla Longmont.

I updated my review. You handled my regrettable initial experience. Thank you! I am happy to report we can all order single tacos with different protein choices. My favorite is Triple B.
Previous review: Love your food. However, when I went to the new Longmont food court and wanted to order single tacos, I was told “you must order 3 tacos.We do not sell individual tacos.” I let the person taking my order know that I ordered a single taco, when I first tried your restaurant here at the food court, a few days ago. Her response was, “You must have been here when one of the owners was here. That is very rare when they are not here tonight. We sell a minimum of three tacos per order, and there are no single orders available.” I don’t want 3 tacos. I am baffled by this policy, I don’t recommend your restaurant. Rarely would I want to eat three robust and filling tacos. Our first experience here was a fantastic one. I can honestly say, with this policy in place I will not be back. I’m guessing I’m not the only one.
