Please just do the world a favor and fire everyone there and go ahead and close the store without fail. They find a way to prove that they don’t need to be open anytime I go there. I love Burger King but this location you can never get in order you’ll sit as the only car in the drive-through with no other customers for 10 minutes before they even take your order. Wait for 20 minutes to get your order and then it’s wrong. Other Burger King locations in Nashville are amazing this one avoid like the plague.

We stopped in to eat before leaving back out of town on our trip home. The people were very courteous, kind, and very caring. Their attitudes exceeded expectations. I was extremely impressed by some of their actions while we were dining. I can not express enough how good and refreshing it was to see people actually caring about other people! 10 out of 10 will DEFINITELY be stopping back in there to eat next time I’m in Nashville!!

This location always makes your food fresh, I have never had a difficult time ordering or getting an incorrect order. People are friendly and polite no wonder why the line is long at times ☺️ especially at night. Now I have tried all three of the new Frisco sandwiches they aren’t big at all compared to Hardee’s I think the price for them is Abit much for something that size. They are good but nothing to go crazy over to me it’s kinda like eating a slider tbh but I always appreciate the workers their very respectful.

Service was very horrible. The lady in the window was too focused on what was in her phone. Took 15minitee for A whopper sandwich only. She couldn’t even focus at all. It was very slow. The service is alway horrible. I come here, because it close to my house. But I should have to pay for the food when your service.

This is literally and genuinely the worst burger king to ever exist. They are never open. They do not post signs. Clearly they are severely understaffed bc multiple times I have gone to the door only to be sent to the drive thru and then one of those times the drive thru person also told me they were only taking door dash. The other time I spent 30 min in the drive thru. Pls just do not go here.

I go at least once a week ( drive thru) to get the french toast and hash browns. The,2 4 3 is the perfect solution for s cheap quick break fast. Customer service and the food is always fresh. They forget the ketchup sometimes. But I won’t hold that against them. As I have ketchup at home. Very close to my home.

I’m a delivery driver and I go to every place in and around town. I’m also from this area. This is probably one of the most unprofessional if not the most unprofessional place I have to go to. I pretty much won’t go here anymore. They close the inside early nobody in this place wants to do any work. Inside will be closed at 5:00 or so p.m. drive-thru is backed up with no answer at the speaker for upwards of 5 to 10 minutes at a time. They’re just in there joking around and not actually working. I’ve seen multiple employees just doing nothing. Other places have similar traffic and amount of people but are able to get people through much easier. This place should get negative five stars.

The service was incredibly unprofessional; the staff was unruly, dismissive, and outright rude. Despite a 20-minute wait for a scheduled pickup, the food arrived stone-cold. Furthermore, the dining room remains inexplicably closed, forcing customers to deal with a chaotic environment. It was a completely disappointing and unacceptable experience all around.

A homeless man came in the store to order food. He waited over 20 minutes for his food. So he went to the counter to get a refund. Manager name Rasinda came to the counter and cussed the man out! A man that was making food, cussed out the homeless man as well, chased the man out the door and assaulted the man outside. The manager Rasinda condoned that unbelievable behavior! That was horrible, I felt so sorry for him.
