I think the manager took my order and you know the manager of an establishment can be a good indicator of many things. Even through the drive thru it was some of the best customer service I’ve ever had. The lady who gave me my food was kind and made sure I had everything I needed. Very genuine, prompt, and high quality customer service. I’ll be back!

It’s hit or miss. The app is very user friendly and helpful but it says the order is placed immediately upon paying vs checking in at drive thru unlike other places (eg Mcds, CFA). So I put it thru about 2 mins before pulling up, the lady said “well it just came thru so you’ll need to pull up to the white sign” and immediately parked me. How is that different than me ordering AT the speaker?? And there was NOBODY there so why was I parked? The food was cold, chicken sandwich was old and fries not fresh so only thing I can assume was the cashier was also making orders none of it made sense. Now I will say if you’re lucky and the food IS fresh, it’s pretty good. That’s only happened to me once.

I love good customer service and I always get it here. Today was my first time being helped by Ezekiel who definitely knows what exceptional customer service is. I went to the store in Smyrna Delaware and vowed to never go there again. How can two Hardee’s locations be so different? I’m not saying that Smyrna didn’t deliver decent customer service but the food was not as good.

Very very good! I’ve never eaten at Hardee’s because their aren’t too many up near Pennsylvania. We ordered a number 2 and an number 11. They threw in 2 apple pies because they have our order away to someone else.
The burger was very fresh, the roll was soft, the had a nice crispy crunchy to it. The lettuce was fresh as well along with the the chicken sandwich we order. The sandwich had just the right amount of mayo and ketchup. The chicken sandwich was savory. The are so so, they need a little more flavor/salt.
The restroom were pretty clean 7/10

Stop by on February 14 2026…A gentleman by the name of Zeek was working alone … He really handled this pressure well…Nothing was backed up … food was fresh … and his customer service was outstanding….I think he need to be recognized on his work … Good help is hard to find and he has showed that he is a good worker… Good job Zeek …

I can’t say enough about the staff and management at this store. It is so nice to walk into a store and see how the manager is on the front line doing what his staff is doing. Hardee’s can be a bit expensive but I will make it a point to go here more often even if it is just for a drink. Keep up the good work and don’t stop being the leader you are.

Extra clean and fast food. I love the biscuits and burgers. The sign during Halloween also didn’t allow women with painted faces which meant no women allowed. I posted the pic. 🙂
Sometimes Hardee’s puts out great food but the ribeye egg and cheese biscuit is the best one I’ve had there. It is fantastic! These thinly sliced ribeye is so tender and melts in your mouth. I can’t stress enough how you should stop in and give one a try. Crew here is always friendly. The rib eye burger is good also.
