Leen’s Lounge is a locally owned full service bar and dining area connected to Mug’s Pizza & Ribs with video gaming coming soon. Mug’s Pizza and Ribs Schaumburg is owned, built, and operated by a father and son team since January 2012, serving carryout, delivery, and catering. For many years we have had requests for sit down and Leen’s Lounge is our way of offering a family-friendly casual dine in experience. We have a full service bar offering draft and bottled beer, wine, and cocktails. We have multiple TV’s to watch local and major sporting events as well as touch tunes to listen to your favorite music. Food can be ordered at our pick up counter or directly at the bar and consists of the full Mug’s menu. We hope to see you soon!

Didn’t get to try the food because the waitress never came for our order. The bartender had absolutely 0 sense of urgency so the group of us left partially feed and total lack of service or maybe just understaffed. I finally went to the bar to order two drinks, one got screwed up but whatever my wife drank it, but literally It too 15 minutes to get a beer and a drink.

Leen’s Lounge is a classic neighborhood bar atmosphere. It’s connected to Mug’s Pizza & Ribs which makes it unique in that there is table service with Mug’s food. Before the lounge, Mug’s was only available for takeout and delivery. The lounge has a small area set aside for live music. The draft beer selection is mostly domestics with a few craft beer options. There’s a bar, high tops and regular tables with wait staff for ordering. Besides having TVs to watch the current games, they have a gaming section with slot machines. Overall, a neighborhood bar has been missing from Schaumburg for a long time and Leen’s fills the bill nicely.

So my wife, friends, and family have come here at separate occasions. We have come here for trivia, parties, and/or just going out. Management needs to step up as you can obviously tell when they are busy there is no structure. They are super nice the ladies so that’s not the issue. The issue is we waited 20 minutes for a drink and people were served before us. Again this has happened more than once. They are not to big or swamped to be making people wait so long. You can tell one is a waitress and the other is a bartender and waitress. They need to be staffed more for trivia nights or events that is management 101. The food is great for bar food no issues there. But the fact they can notice we have extra chairs before taking our orders is a little sad. The only reason we come here is to support the town. But there is a bar opening up across the street so maybe the competition will help this bar improve.
