I’ve been here twice and every time I left with a big happy tummy. Very tasty and generous portions. A lot of rolls. Taiko roll is my favorite so far but all were good.
Happy Hour rolls are full size too, which was a surprise for us and we ended up with a lot of food. Ate them all

Good food for the price. Fish tastes fresh and good rice texture. We got the orange blossom, samurai and rocky. All 3 were delicious and would get again. Can be on the slower side for service but friendly employees all around.

Had an amazing experience at Taiko Sushi, and a huge part of that was our server, Tiffany. She was friendly, attentive, and genuinely made us feel welcome from start to finish. She knew the menu well, gave great recommendations, and checked in at all the right moments without being overbearing. The food came out quickly and everything was fresh and delicious, but Tiffany’s service really took the experience to the next level. If you’re dining here, ask for her—she’s fantastic. We’ll definitely be back!

Taiko Sushi is top tier. The ordering system is super smooth, but Tiffany was the real highlight, her service was 10/10. She hyped up the Rocky Roll and the Orange Blossom, and they definitely lived up to the energy. The food is fresh, the vibe is chill, and Tiffany’s recommendations are a total win. Definitely a solid 5-star spot.

Came on a Friday evening, was able to sit at the one available table, very busy. Food took about 25-30 minutes to come out. Wasn’t brought any miso soup, usually they bring it when you order a bento. I like their sesame chicken. Took a long time to get the bill even though it had slowed down. Staff are nice, could be more attentive. Fish is just okay. Don’t prefer their sushi

I wish I could make 2 reviews of this sushi restaurant but regardless of that, Taiko Sushi is my #1 pick for any sushi restaurant in a 10-15 mile radius .
Sushi chefs, Bell and Jayden, are amazing! When you come here, I highly recommend sitting at the sushi bar, and ordering whatever the chefs want to make. You won’t regret any of the masterpieces they make!

New favorite sushi in Folsom. Second time there and it’s been amazing both times!! Bell was awesome and food was fabulous!
