Can’t go long without getting Big Ron’s Up In Smoke BBQ… finally there is quality food available near me. The abundance of fast food places locally is horrible, if you want some fresh taste and flavor Ron knows how to hook it up in the smoker. There’s nothing but heart and passion in the food they provide. My go to is the rattlesnake Mac it’s something you can’t stop eating it soo good… not to mention the other BBQ items on the menu, I’ve had just about everything and I always walk away satisfied. Ribs, Pulled Pork, Pulled Chicken sides like Green Beans, Street Corn Casserole are just some of the yummy treats to eat with your BBQ meats and don’t forget the sauce the “Nashville Hot” is a sauce I want all the time! Yum Yum Come and Get You Some!

Great people with great food!! I have tried many of the menu items offered (including some secret ones in the development of the business idea) from the pulled pork and pulled chicken sandwiches, loaded mac (ask about the Rattlesnake Mac) and everything has always been amazing. The house sauces (3 as of this typing) are all amazing and flavorful. As someone who isn’t a fan of really spicy stuff, the heat of the hottest one is bearable enough thanks to the flavor it packs along with the heat. The portions are healthy and you’re guaranteed to get what you pay for.

Both times I got food it was from the Back to the Bricks. Both times I got the BBQ pulled pork. Once with Mac and other with green beans. Pulled Pork was super tender and I went straight to flavor town!!!! BBQ sauce was a perfect pairing with the Pulled pork, nice sweet kick of flavors!!! This is rib festival food in our back yard. Thank you Ron, your hard work is super tastee!!!

Yesterday was my first visit and it will not be my last. Pulled chicken, mac & cheese, and beans were delicious. Service was welcoming and prompt. I already know what I’m ordering next. Big Ron’s Up in Smoke was 10 out of 10. Keep up the good work!!

Ron is amazing and very talented at his craft of smoking foods! The quality of meats he uses is top notch and after he has worked his magic on them they are to die for. Ron’s sides are full of yummy flavor just like the meats. Best smoked food around prepared by an awesome guy!!
