Ordered a medium rare bacon cheeseburger. Well, let me ask the audience… does this look like a medium rare bacon cheeseburger?? Can’t tell if it’s the salty charred burger patty, grilled parchment paper, or the pale undercooked bacon. Safe to say I will never order a burger here again. Which is unfortunate because past pickup orders have actually been great.

We went in to have girl dinner for my birthday, eat our weight in rolls, apps, and drinks. Started off great, our server was super sweet, tried to upsell, gave recommendations. Unfortunately, about halfway through our experience, it took a turn. It seems when staff realized we weren’t ordering $50 steaks, we were persona non grata. Our server stopped coming by, even though my margarita was empty for at least 30 minutes, even though we actively tried to catch her eye (or, frankly, anyone else’s). The “managers” came by and swiped their check in cards on the table – without even looking us in the eye or speaking to us. We finally gave up, paid, and left. All of us work in f&b. We understand you thought we were camping on a busy Friday. But, our money is just as good as anyone else’s.
PS – we went to the next establishment, had a fantastic server that DIDN’T push us out – and we tipped him $250 on a hundred dollar check. So, maybe, next time, don’t be so quick to push people out the door. We won’t be back.

I had an amazing experience at Texas Roadhouse! The atmosphere was warm, lively, and welcoming — the kind of place that makes you feel instantly comfortable. I ordered the Bone-In Ribeye, and it was absolutely delicious — perfectly cooked, juicy, and packed with flavor. You can really taste the quality and care that goes into their steaks.
The service was just as impressive — our server was friendly, attentive, and genuinely seemed to enjoy making sure we had a great time. Overall, it was a fantastic dining experience, and I can’t wait to come back. Highly recommended for anyone who loves a great steak and a cozy, energetic vibe!

Just finished dinner over there with family. Seems like always busy. Took us about 30min before we got a table. But the foods were great, not too expensive and service was great as well. I tipped the server that we have 2 birthday boys, and she later organized 2 saddles and sang happy birthdays for them. They had a great time hi ha, riding the saddles 🙂 It sure deserves a 5 star ratings from me, and we will sure come back!

Overall okay, hard to have close seating for a group of 8 without being separated, also wasn’t sure who was our waiter/waitress we had 4 different people get orders, drop them off, get refills that sort of thing. Food was decent, butter tasted freezer burnt same as last year. Overall 7/10

The steaks are fresh and oh so delicious. Cooked perfectly to your choice. I’ve never had steaks this good. And the dinner rolls with the butter are addicting. Very nice service, our waitress was very helpful and friendly. It was closing time and they were very patient with me using tap to pay as my phone had died and I had to charge it in my car to pay . Lolz. Thank you.

So let me start by saying I’m from Texas and recently moved to Kansas. I was feeling a little homesick, so my husband decided to take me to Texas Roadhouse and it definitely did the trick!
Hands down the best service ever. It was a total group effort from the moment we walked in. We went on a Saturday night, and I was a little worried at first because it was packed, but the wait ended up being super short.
Our server, Bell, deserves all the praise. I wish there were more like her, she was AMAZING. So attentive, so sweet, and on top of everything. The food was delicious, and my husband and I were both very impressed.

We have had good food here before but not this time. We had take out tonight. Why were my chicken strips in tiny pieces like literally bite sized? I ordered fries and got mashed potatoes, My daughter’s steak was burnt, and we didn’t get the sauces we ordered with our meals. The fried pickles were way saltier than normal, and all of our food was barely edible.
