Went to brunch Sunday morning, and I have to say ,I’ve never had such an awful experience at Cracker Barrel before. From the moment our appetizers came out, things just went downhill. The mimosa was terrible (how do you even mess up a mimosa?), the eggs I paid extra to have cheese on were overcooked, and the pancakes weren’t even fresh.
Manager on the floor that morning was so miserable and made a face when trying to get her attention.
Definitely not the kind of experience I expected from a place that usually does comfort food so well.

My waitress was so good, her name was Serena. She was very attentive and checked on me often. The food on the other hand was not good today. My biscuits were very well done and very hard! I believe my bacon was undercooked also. I will probably not eat there again but will keep shopping in the store inside the Cracker Barrel.

Have not been here in a long time. Was not quite as good as I remembered. Ordered the chicken fried steak and gravy was very think. We were served then our ticket was left on table and server never came back to see if we wanted anything else. Everyone was friendly.

Our waitress messed up our appetizer prior to our meal. Never got it. Wife got green beans instead of broccoli as ordered for a side. Had to flag down waitress for Togo boxes and check. Manager was nice and dropped our bill in half. The photo below is of a wall mounted picture at our table that was just gross. Also bus boy was not wiping off tables.

We had the fish fry on Friday. Not how it looks in the pics. Pieces were small and not very well breaded. Looked like they were just tossed into the container. The hash brown casserole had too much onion. Meal was ok. Nothing to brag about.

We had the friendliest server last night for dinner. Happy, smiling, and proficient. The food was amazing. We finally made it to Cracker Barrel on a Saturday for the Saturday Ribs special. I’ve been wanting to try that for a while now. They were amazing and plentiful. I had to get a to go box. The only criticism I have about this particular location was that the floor was slippery like someone had mopped it with bacon grease. Had to walk like a penguin to get to and from our table.

The food was good. Service was good. My complaint is they don’t provide napkins, so they bring you food, and you have to ask multiple times to finally get something to wipe your mouth with. We had a friendly and helpful server. I also don’t like all the store front junk. You can’t even walk in the door to go eat. Here’s a suggestion add napkins to the silverware, and clear a path to go and eat. That’s it.

Micheal B our server was very attentive and kind during our recent visit, with family in town. Food was great as always and came out in a timely manner ! Bathrooms were clean very important! Manager even came to our table to make sure food was cooked as ordered ! And who doesn’t love HOT fresh biscuits !!! Enjoy !
