Lady at the register was absolutely rude. Asked if they had something on the menu, before I could finish she said NOPE!! Didn’t speak when I got to the window, no hey your total is… then when I got to work I opened it and my chicken was burnt!!! Over cooked is an understatement!! Coke was also flat. I am very disappointed. I will not be goin back, at least for breakfast and if I do I will be checking my food before I leave. That was my first mistake.

I told them fresh. They waited a little to act as if it was fresh. My biscuit was extremely hard! Tried warming it up adding a little heat that made it worse! All 4 of my biscuits was hard!& cold!

This is the big hot ham & cheese that I ordered. I ordered 2 pc tenders kid meal & received no drink. She offered no receipt and was not very pleasant at all when I asked about my order or when taking my order at the drive through. I almost never come to this location anymore and today I decided for sure I will not return!

It was around 8:00 pm and I ordered a mushroom Swiss burger, when I got to the window, I was told it would be a minute because she didn’t know how to make it. She said one manager was mopping and she didn’t know if the other manager would help her. I noticed someone sitting at a computer, so that could have been the other manager and he or she did not get up to help. I cut my car off because I didn’t want to waste my gas. I waited 10-15 minutes, I can’t say for sure because I wasn’t given a receipt. When I got the burger it was good, so someone knew how to make it!

I used to go to this Hardee’s a lot. I had to go by there today thinking they changed their policies and they’re nicer. I was wrong. Ordered a bacon biscuit and a hot fresh coffee. The lady even told me it was hot and fresh. I asked. I received the coffee. It was cold. Ask the lady to heat it up and they acted like it was the end of the world I’m done with Hardee’s at Abbeville.

Had to get a steak biscuit on our trip to Atlanta. Just so happened to have 2 for $5 special, so I asked how much to add an egg & cheese to those two biscuits & was told $13+!!!! I said $8+ for 2 eggs & slices of cheese? Yes sir. I just took the 2 for $5 & enjoyed my 2 dry biscuits.

This is the second time we have had the worst experience, takes 20 mins to order and another 20 to get the order and the the whole order is wrong, when you try and get the food you pay for, all you get is eye rolls and attitude. First time we thought maybe having a bad day, second time is just the service you get from there, won’t be going back

Horrible breakfast serving. They are always messing up biscuits. Whether it’s nasty over cooked / green eggs to undercooked with over cooked melted cheese. And even if they get that right the biscuit bread will be as hard as a rock or too soft and folds like paper. Their prices are too high to be receiving such low quality treatment.
