I don’t mind panda express I’m honestly just here because if your looking for food during a busy lunch hour expect to wait. I’ve been in the food service industry for 15 years and tbh was kinda thrown off that they run out of items and I heard staff telling customers they only call back good to be made of its wanted which on a slow night makes sense but when you have a line out the door I think it’s more beneficial for customers service to have those things made or already called back. I think it’s poor management and honestly just kind of a lack of customer knowledge considering the location and it being a weekend at noon alot of food items were out and needing a 5 to10 min wait.

The last several times I’ve gotten food here they seem to habitually, forget my entire order of chicken. You can imagine the disappointment I feel every time I open my box up, only to look down at my missing chicken and the sad, restricting number of only 7 shrimps that lay on my plate… panda you have betrayed me once again by wasting my money, fat people beware. save your money and go to chang sing.

Panda Express – five stars
This is my dad’s favorite place to eat bargain Chinese food. I like it too because well it’s delicious. I always tell them to make it spicier though. Everything I have tried here including their noodles were fantastic. Their staff is awesome even though I have to twist their arm to bring my food up to the desired Scoville. They rival just about every chinese restaurant in the area on quality. They have quick professional service with a smile.

This panda express has really tasty food, as well as good service.
The food is usually fresh and hot, and tastes good. They’re constantly making and restocking food, which shows that the food is good, and guarantees fresher food.
The employees have always been friendly and quite fast, which is helpful for whem they’re busy.
The place is somewhat clean, although it’s not as clean as it could be. Usually just a piece of orange chicken with some grains of rice on the floor, or a not completely wiped off table. Isn’t a big deal, but shows they don’t clean as often or as well as they should.

Panda Express is an establishment I am very familiar with, I have ventured to this Californian made restaurant for lunch and dinner many times, and for the most part it is pretty good (make sure the food is fresh though)
But one distinct time I came I had a very poor experience that haunts me in my dreams, let me explain, it was any ordinary day and I went to panda for lunch. Previously I had never had a problem with costumer service but this was different. After receiving my food and sitting down I realized I forgot to ask for chopsticks, so I went to the person checking people out to get chopsticks. As I walked up he was in the midst of checking someone out, I waited patiently for him to finish, while the person paying was digging through their wallet for their credit card the man at the register looked at me, thinking I could ask for the chopsticks I asked. Even though this man could have easily handed me chopsticks he instead said “please wait a moment” then he looked away and waited for the person to get their credit card. In my mind I was thinking, how rude! But alas he eventually gave me my chopsticks, and he handed them to me like I had just been an annoying customer (I said everything kind and polite!) then my fortune was, make it a win win situation….is that even a fortune? More like a recommendation.
Now to finish off this review is the mobile orders. Be warned this restaurant prioritizes mobile orders over in store customers, expect to wait on some random persons mobile order.

Quick tasty food at a good price, what more could you ask for? I’ve been to this Panda three times now and the food has been consistently good. The staff are helpful and friendly and the store is neat and clean. If you know Panda, you know what you like. I love the orange chicken and today’s serving was as good as ever. Have lunch or dinner here when you’re looking for quick, quality Chinese, you won’t be disappointed.
