Salems is literally my favorite late night food place in Tampa, I would never leave Tampa just because of Salems being here. Their food is genuinely so fresh and hot even if you get it delivered, everything is seasoned to perfection and the menu has endless options. Their restaurants are so clean and their customers service is very easy everyone is kind snd helpful. Something about their fountain drinks are also really good quality especially the ice and crispyness of the sodas. I put everyone onto this place because I cant name anything better.

We went there for lunch on a school trip of 25 students. We gave them a list of our orders. The manager there, “Didi”, was very welcoming and helpful, and made sure we felt comfortable and received excellent service. Within 20 minutes, all our orders were ready. The entire restaurant staff worked diligently to ensure our food was served hot in record time. The restaurant was very clean, and the food was varied and delicious. No matter what I write, I cannot describe our true feelings about our experience there: speed, quality, cleanliness, and most importantly, the cooperation between the restaurant staff to get the orders done, and the smile that never left their faces while serving us. I highly recommend visiting this restaurant and trying the food there, and I will definitely come back with my students again and again. I don’t know the names of the staff there, but I thank them individually because they made our experience special.

My experience with Salem’s Fresh eat is always good, the food is always great and the employees are as well.The last time I went cashier Isabella took care of me, she was very professional , nice , and beautiful. She made sure I had everything I ordered and asked me if I needed any condiments. She also made sure there were napkins in the bag.Thank so much to all the employees for working so hard like yall do to get everyone fed. I truly appreciate all of you and will always come back to this Salem’s, keep up the great job, your are loved and appreciated.

When the guy owner is there the customer service is much more pleasant I had to wait several times for fresh fries the two cheeseburgers I bought was cold and all I tasted was mustard I tried to call so I can tell them so maybe they can remake them but I’m not right down the street so I asked for stuff to be fresh and still wasn’t accommodated after almost spending $50 my meal came up to 46 and I know if the guy manager owner was there he would have at least put me down on the books for another burger or two because that was just ridiculous customer service tonight very disappointing being that was not a cheap dinner to feed my kids!!
