I understand that Popeyes in general is a busy restaurant. I’m a very patient person I don’t expect anyone to roll out red carpet for me. However I don’t appreciate it when employees do not offer any assistance when they see a customer waiting patiently to be helped. Then there’s always usually an attitude that follows from said employees. Do better.

I placed an online order for pickup at 5pm. Because of traffic I was an hour late picking up my food. They threw away my food because I was late and told me I had to go online for a refund. The app wanted to offer me $15 store credit which I didn’t want I wanted a refund. The app asked me a service question which I put a 1 for and then closed the conversation and says my issue is resolved which it isn’t. So I got no food and no refund. Won’t support this company anymore

The Latin lady at the window with the dark curly hair has a very bad attitude. Horrible customer service she over talks you and talks to you like your nothing. I knew when I pulled up to order and she was rushing me it would not be a good encounter. Got to the window and she completely dismissed the fact that I had a couple through the app. Told me the wrong information and I drove off and spent my money elsewhere. She is rude and needs training on customer service. Definitely won’t return to this location EVER!!!

I ordered online but the store was closed even within the hour. I asked for refund but they say they can only offer a $20 coupon which my order was $29.

Terrible experience. I made an app order, for 2 of my items to be incorrect. I am still right next to the window and wait for someone to come back. It was 9 minutes for anyone to acknowledge me whatsoever. The woman comes over, and I say there’s 2 items incorrect.
No apology, she just demands my receipt, then proceed to tell me I am wrong with attitude. I have to tell her to double check and again no apology, just fixes the order.
I ask to see a manager and she tells me she is the manager. I ask for her name and she quickly says something I can’t hear. I ask her to repeat it slowly and also for a corporate number. She tells me to google it and slams the window closed on me.
I wait at the window to again ask for her name and a corporate number. She says Maria? And still refuses to give me a number, and threatens that she to call the police on me.
Until I know she is fired, I will never come back because I refuse to give money to people that hate their customers as much as she does.

Ordered via the app. When I went to pick up, I gave my name and told them that the app had given me the notification that it was ready for pick up. They asked me to wait as they prepared it, this took another 10 minutes. After being handed me what I thought to be my meal, I found that it was the wrong items. They apologized and then went around the counter and grabbed a different bag with my order. It felt that this ordral could have been avoided. When I checked before leaving, the meal seemed to be all set. However, upon arriving home, I found that I had received the wrong items again.

I placed an order through uber eats to this Popeyes! The chicken was old and not cooked all the way through. I have called the restaurant several times and no answer. Stay far away from this Popeyes, I see from other reviews the food be old and not fresh with hair in the food. I wish I would’ve saw the reviews before I ordered from this location
