Watch out for fraudulent upcharges on the bill. I’ve been told don’t say “lemonade” say “minute maid lemonade” otherwise you get charged for $0.49 for “natural lemonade”. Also be clear about the size for the meal or they will “suggest” upgraded sizes or just randomly upgrade you. I emailed head office about 7 upcharges the last few months and they offered replacement vouchers for meals which was nice until I saw they expired In a week. Be prepared to bring your legal team to this location unless you want a receipt with 5 upcharges you didn’t ask for…..

Lately this location has gone down hill. The App rarely works correctly and I ordered breakfast on Thanksgiving morning unaware that they were closed. It posted my order and when I arrived at the location the sign said closed. Now I have logged a dispute with my Credit Card issuer on this. It’s silly to post a sale if the product can’t be given to the customer. I can see why Wendy’s is hurting financially. I wish them luck,

The cashier told me they were waiting on a fresh batch of fries, which was fine with me. However, the fries I ended up getting weren’t hot or crispy and clearly not the “fresh” ones they were making. The chicken sandwich was not crispy and didn’t have any real flavor. Tasted like a generic frozen chicken patty I’d get at the grocery store. Paid in cash and was not given the correct change.
