Food was good. Mobile order was on time. Service was very nice. Wife was acknowledge upon entering the establishment with a welcome.
My personal opinion, I had the Beijing beef… it was sweet. I’m not quite sure why.. it states spicy but I did not get spicy beef, only sweet candy beef.. there was nothing in the name or description that would suggest sweet but other than that, food was as expected.

Flavor and temp of food is spot on. But they never seem to cook the “Super Greens” Broccoli it’s been raw every time! Orange Chicken sause good taste but are skimping on chicken, more like fried breaded chunks. If that’s what there going for, we will not return. Tables were actually clean this time. Friendly staff. Drive thru is convenient but prices are high for the amount you get thru the drive thru. Better off dinning in, you tend to get more food for the same price. There are better options and pricing in the Chippewa Valley.

Deceptive practices used. Double check your receipt. Ordered 4 eggrolls at 2.10 each. Was charged an extra .30 and questioned the over charge. Was told the register automatically makes it an entree which costs extra and there is nothing they can do. They offered an extra egg roll or a refund but not to look into fixing the issue.

Have been eating at Panda for a while now, and the food is usually good, but recently they’ve started using a smaller sized to-go container, with correspondingly smaller portions, for the same price. Also the sesame honey chicken, my favorite, used to be in nice big chunks, but now it’s in kind of tiny strips that are starting to be more batter than meat. Disappointing. On the plus side, the people are always nice.

First off, the customer service at this locations is exceptional; Taylor, the manager, went above and beyond to honor a voucher from a previous visit. We ordered two plates with orange chicken and the honey walnut shrimp and they were both excellent. We will be returning soon!

The restaurant itself is very nice, both inside and outside. Customer service was good at first, but I ended up feeling a little uncomfortable after some confusion at the drive-thru. It left me feeling awkward and not treated with patience. Unfortunately, when I received my teriyaki chicken, it seemed overcooked or even burnt, which made me wonder if it was because I came through about 10 minutes before closing and a new batch had to be made. I appreciate the overall service, but I think there’s room for improvement in customer interactions and food quality, especially near closing time.
