Went for the Tuesday night which they host a variety of specials. They offer a variety of cocktails for $3 and $4!!! With a huge variety of basic sushi rolls at $4 and specialty rolls at $9. We ate at the bar and service was amazing. They only had one bar tender and it was a pretty busy night. She did amazing job and kept our drinks full, and guided me through some of the local favorites. Will definitely go back ❤️

Made reservations for 4pm on a Saturday. Seating for 8. They greeted us and sat promptly. Our server was great! She checked on us frequently and kept drinks full. The menu was very easy to understand with clearly marked cooked verse raw food. The server was able to answer any questions we had. The food was very fresh, prepared perfectly. The flavors and quality where the best we have experienced . Best sushi resturant in the area. I can’t say enough positive things about the service and food.

Sushi is just eh. But it definitely hits the spot. Especially for the deals. 4 dollars for some basic sushi is great during the happy hour period. Drinks are also nicely priced.

Terrible customer service. The blonde girl at the front was very rude and gave absolutely no details. She told us to sit down, nothing else. People continued to pass by as we waited. Then she hit us with the “Soo… okay guys, we can seat you but you have to be out of here by 5:50.” Giving us exactly 45 minutes to sit down, order our food, wait for our food to be made and delivered to us and then eat our food.
This is how you treat your customers Formosa?
Also while we walked out, the restaurant literally looked more than halfway empty. Get better staff.

I made a reservation here at 7:15 on a tuesday night and I understand that it is busy because of deals. The host put our name down for a table in the same list as walk ins, we had to wait 30-35 minutes to get our table for two when we had a reservation. No point of a reservation at that point.

My main entree (Lobster Soup) was full of shrimp, scallions, and ramen noodles in a steaming creamy broth made for two and not just one. My server—Morgan — was fabulous and very attentive to our every need. Even though it’s $$$, it is a relaxing place to dine.

I like that this Sushi place is located in the downtown area. I prefer carry out and choosing a nice spot downtown to eat because their place is usually packed and service is slow. Their sushi rolls are good to share. Popular items are in red on their menu, so they easily stand out. Personal favs: dragon, crunchy calamari, and caterpillar rolls. Now they have menu viewing and payment through QR code if you don’t like to wait.

Used to love going here but one experience changed that… we were eating tonight when our Captain Crunch roll had plastic on the pieces of crab. They were able to remove the roll from the bill but unfortunately that doesn’t change the fact of us ingesting some plastic. While this may be completely harmless, it may also be harmful. Be careful what you eat and understand that things like this do happen so be cautious!

My husband and I had reservations here. It’s a nice restaurant, with a lot of space. Friendly and fast service. Food was very good. But I looked closely at the bottle of soy sauce that was on the table, and it was covered in gunk. It seriously looked like it had never been cleaned. My silverware was also dirty. So that was definitely a let down. I think we’ll just stick to Sumo over on Washington st next time.
