My husband and I do an annual end of the year date night to chat about the year we just lived. This year we chose Fiorino’s, per our new neighbors recommendation. It did not disappoint. Amazing bar vibe, awesome cocktails and high touch service. We had the calamari, cacio de Pepe, spicy chicken, short rib and banana bread pudding. Expert, well run establishment. Excited to bring my mom – she loves a shrimp fra diavlo – loved seeing it on the menu!

We had our wedding dinner here and it was such a great experience. They were able to accommodate almost 55 people and everything went smoothly. The service was amazing and the staff was super accommodating.
Mentor was awesome to work with and very responsive. Our guests couldn’t stop talking about how good the food was, and everything came out in a timely manner. Drinks were quick and delicious, too.
Being able to play my own playlist was such a nice touch and really made the night feel special. I’d definitely recommend this place for small events or even just a regular dinner – we loved it.

The ambiance is nice and the service is good but we need more food! More bang for our buck! The portions were really skimpy and I left the place still hungry! I have a big appetite you know! Mario’s in Summit ( so sad they closed) and DiNapoli in New York, those are my gold standards in Italian food. La Strada in Millburn is a honorable mention. All serve big, filling, and authentic Italian food! And easy on the wallet too! A pizza menu would be nice too to complement the main menu.

Came here for dinner, and we had a good experience. The dishes that we ordered off the menu came out deliciously and wonderfully seasoned. This was our first time here, but the service was not that great. We waited almost 40 minutes for our entrees to arrive…had to keep ordering bread to keep us from starving.
Once the food arrived, it was very tasty we thoroughly enjoyed our dishes. The almond crusted calamari was delicious, and the pastas were cooked perfectly and the dessert were all good. The service was meh. My glass of water was empty for a good while until they finally noticed because I told the waitress. That’s just me being picky, tho.
Overall, I would come back to try the other dishes.

I have wanted to try this place for a while. It did not disappoint. It was a packed house. But the service was not slow. They let me know ahead of time my table was ready so we walked in. Inside the lights are low and cozy. At the same time we could see the Yankees game at the bar. We were quickly seated and the attentive service began. They took our drink order. Purple Rain is a must, not too sweet and not too sour. The eggplant was fresh and tasty. My kids enjoyed the almost crusted calamari. I didn’t think they would like it. The rest of the meal was delicious as well. Did not feel heavy. My lamb chops were moist and flavorful. We shared some desserts. The creme brûlée trio was just the sweet tastes that we needed to end the night. Can’t wait to return.

I recently had dinner at Fiorino in Summit, and it was excellent from start to finish. The service was warm and attentive, and the atmosphere is always welcoming. I ordered the snapper, and it was absolutely perfect — fresh, flavorful, and cooked beautifully. You can tell the kitchen really knows what they’re doing and puts care into every plate.
Fiorino is consistently one of the best spots in town, whether you’re out for a nice dinner or celebrating something special. Summit is lucky to have a place like this, and I’m always grateful to support such great people. Highly recommend.

Great dining experience in summit. The restaurant seemed popular and was lively and packed. Food tastes good, the salads were very delicious and fresh. Drinks were solid. The trio crème brûlée is delicious if you enjoy desserts. Staff was polite and friendly. Overall worth a visit!

Will you get what you ordered or good service? Impossible to know! We had a group of 11 people for a business dinner. They tried stuffing us into 2 small tables. It was a Tuesday night and it was not so busy and we had to beg for an additional table. Two people in our party ordered “Spicy chicken” we asked what sides come with the food and were told “mashed potatoes and spinach”. One person ordered only spinach and the waiter complained that he did not know why no one gets mashed potatoes anymore since they are so good. Our food came. The “spicy chicken” was not at all spicy. It was a little garlic, under salted and no spicy flavor at all. The dish also arrived with green beans and roasted red potatoes not spinach and mashed potatoes. We questioned the waiter about why the dish came with roasted potatoes and green beans and he told us they change things up and he did not know why – his exact words were “it’s impossible to know what comes out with the meal”. Then he said “as long as he’s not complaining, we are ok.” I said “well I am complaining” and he seemed to not care in the slightest bit. I have decided to make this a mantra for whenever I am wrong or incompetent at my job and someone questions me what went wrong? Impossible to know! If they are upset, just ignore, shrug your shoulders and walk away. The best part of the meal was the company! Would we go back? Impossible to know.

This amazing restaurant is serving up, some seriously tasty northern Italian dishes! Our server arbor gave us the most impeccable service. Bringing a variety of drinks! And also some olives and cheese to snack on while we peruse the menu.
We start off with the grilled eggplant. It was absolutely delicious, very tender, and the cheese just melted in your mouth! We also had some delicious lightly fried calamari, I love when it’s not too heavy. We then enjoyed some heavenly grilled scallops over zucchini, extremely tender!
Then we were both extremely spoiled when the maitrD came and put truffles all over our tagliatelle pasta with a raw egg in the middle, a truly decadent experience! My friend also ordered a tagliatelle pasta with rabbit Ragu for dinner, she practically licked her plate!
I myself ordered an amazing steak, I did not think A place that had such incredible pasta would make great steak as well, but my steak was absolutely amazing! We literally could not eat another bite.
But then we were talked into trying dessert! A pumpkin cheesecake, and absolutely amazing, walnut pear, cobbler! You practically had to wheel us out of there! This was absolutely one of the most incredible meals I’ve ever eaten in my life! I will definitely be back to try the rest of the menu and if you haven’t been here yet you need to.
