My husband went in to grab our kids a couple pizzas so I didn’t have to cook.he didn’t check them and got home with a burnt cheese pizza. Seriously who puts a burnt pizza in the box? You know they saw that crap. Gross and frustrating.

The pizza quality was deplorable. Absolutely unacceptable. It looks like someone just tossed a small handful of meat and called it a “three meat” pizza. The cashier didn’t tell me if my card had gone through and just stood there and did not hand me a receipt. I will never go here again. We threw the pizza out because it had the texture and temperature as if it had been sitting for hours.

Ok so i ordered a Most Bestest, got home to find my pizza with 24 or so Pepperonis on it. BAD… Called store and was told by Isaac to come back and he would take care of it. When i did return for my pizza i i got home and these pics are the monstrosity i was greeted with. 2 inches of crust in places, 1 inch thick crust over done on bottom, and what looked to be another old pizza with pepperoni addded and cheese thrown on top and burnt. I order LC alot but wont anymore. I took this as a message and NO i wont be complaining there anymore. Thanks for my $8.65 lesson.

Would give zero if possible. Walked in and placed a small order at the bellmead location they were quick to take payment and told.me 10 to 15 min. Which tuned to 30+. Cashier tried to play it off cause it never got made. At least 20 ppl came in and got their food and left. Finally had to get an attitude to get refunded. They had at least 6 to 7 ppl clocked in but none working. Instead are talking to customers and allowing some in the back to help slow production. STAY AWAY FROM THE BELLMEAD LOCATION…..ITS TRASH!!

I have been coming here for years and have always enjoyed their pizza, the last few weeks any time I come to get a hot and ready and I mean ANYTIME it’s old and cold and nasty!!! Little Cesar’s fix this its ridiculous!! I will not continue to eat here when the food is this bad.

Made an order for pickup, 2 pepperoni pizzas, 1 Italian cheese bread, 1 crazy bread with sauce and 4 buttery garlic sauces.
I get there and open the kiosk and only have 2 pizzas and the Italian cheese bread. Had to ask for the sauces and wait for them to make more bread.
Drove 35 minutes home and realized that the pizzas were extremely old. They looked like they were cooked and reheated multiple times. It was completely inedible and hard as a rock. The only things we could eat were the breads since they were made fresh. The pizzas went straight in to the garbage.
It seemed like no one had any idea what was going on as they were messing up other orders back to back and just not paying attention to anything. Definitely won’t be back.

Do you guy’s even pay attention to the orders you get? This is the third- maybe fourth time I’ve ordered the crazy bread and paid for the sauce with it and I STILL didn’t get it. Are we for real guys?? Not to mention the Detroit style pizza I got is mid warm at best, it looks and tastes like it’s been sitting out. I seriously don’t know why I still order from this location. I’ll try valley mills next time.

Employees are cursing in the back and employees wearing ear buds while taking orders. Seems very unorganized and unprofessional. I’m usually the one that doesn’t say much but this can’t continue like this.

I wish I could give this sorry place less than one star. They never and I mean never have things “hot and ready” always out of cheese pizza always out of the pizza bites out of bread. They need to fire everyone there and close that place down. Place is a joke
