It’s a steakhouse that delivers an impressive, all-you-can-eat experience.
The highlight is their succulent cuts of meat, including the stand out Picanha, Churrasco, tender Beef Tenderloin and my favorite Filet Mignon. The fresh salad bar offers a great variety to complement the rich flavors of the meats, you can find mozzarella, prosciutto and soup other than salads.Service is attentive and the atmosphere is lively and welcoming. While it’s a bit pricey (+12 years old pay as an adult) the quality and experience make it a worthwhile indulgence.
When choosing a steakhouse, go with Texas de Brazil if you are looking for a wide variety of meats and excellent buffet. Buon appetito!
Texas de Brazil at Dolphin Mall in Miami exceeded all expectations for a delightful dining experience. From the moment we stepped in, we were greeted warmly and seated promptly. The ambiance was inviting, perfect for a special occasion or a casual dinner.
The food was absolutely delicious, featuring a wide array of expertly cooked meats that were tender and flavorful. Each cut was perfectly seasoned and served fresh at our table. Eloy, who brought around the lamb, was exceptional in his service, ensuring we had everything we needed and explaining each dish with enthusiasm and expertise.
Our waiter, Jorge Escobar, truly made the evening unforgettable. He was attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, and provided recommendations that suited our tastes perfectly. Jorge’s friendly demeanor and professionalism added to the overall enjoyment of the evening.
The salad bar was impressive with a variety of fresh vegetables, cheeses, and other accompaniments that complemented the meats beautifully. The drinks were also well-made and served promptly.
Overall, Texas de Brazil at Dolphin Mall is a must-visit for anyone looking to enjoy delicious Brazilian cuisine served with exceptional service. Eloy and Jorge Escobar made our dining experience truly amazing, and we can’t wait to return for another memorable meal. Highly recommended!
My husband and I went for dinner before catching a movie at CineBistro. We were seated immediately and quickly greeted by our server Pedro who offered us the drink menus asked us our preferred cook temperature for our meats, and invited us to get started at the buffet bar. We ordered 2 Caipirnhas (passionfruit and strawberry) and headed for the buffet bar.
We avoided eating carbs to prevent getting too full too quickly so I wont be able to comment on those menu options. But, I wasn’t very impressed with anything I did try at the buffet bar except the roasted jalapeños (with a beautiful spicy kick), manchegp cheese slices, and smoked salmon which I paired with the available capers.
Thus venue follows the traditional Brazilian steakhouse model with traditional guachos coming around continuously with different cuts of meat displayed on large BBQ skewers for you to choose from.
In order to ensure we tried every cut of meat available, I visited their website while dining to review the selection. The manager noticed me doing this and inquired about which meats I hadn’t yet had the opportunity to sample. Then he expeditiously sent over all the cuts we were still waiting to try.
After trying them all, my husband and I agreed the best cuts were the Filet mignon (silky smooth texture), churrasco (perfectly cooked skirt steak), and spicy picanha (delicious seasons, not very spicy, sirloin). As a special mention we are very much enjoyed the beef ribs (so buttery soft, just slightly lacking in flavor) and the sausage (with depth of flavor in comparison to many other meats)
