We went around 4 pm, and there was no waiting so nice. Our server Kaye, was awesome, she checked on us and was so on time for refills for drinks, the bread and salad. A basketball team came in and the service was still on time.
We highly recommend coming early and enjoy your meal.
But it doesn’t matter how good your food is. Services makes or breaks the experience and can mean the difference between a repeat customer and a one time only visitor.
While the food is consistently good at this location, what really keeps me and my husband coming back again and again is our server Debbie. She takes excellent care of us, friendly, and easy going. You don’t need to worry about refills on your drink, dipping boats, or breadsticks. Debbie keeps an eye out and ensures you have everything you need for a happy dining experience. If you want a great experience on top of a solid meal, ask for Debbie.
The server also sat with us while taking the kids’ orders, which felt unusual and made the interaction uncomfortable. That has never happened before at any restaurant we have visited and our kids were confused why our waitress was sitting at our table. I was confused as well but I didn’t comment on it. I felt like boundaries weren’t her strong suit, but I digress. Comments were made that suggested frustration on her part rather than taking accountability, including remarks like “what’s wrong with me?” and a distracted “Merry Christmas, I hope Santa is good to me this year” at the very end when my husband was paying the bill…
Not to mention, we had to stack our used plates on top of each other in order to enjoy our desserts due to lack of room on the table.. She stated she would get the used plates “later”…This added tension to what should have been a relaxed family dinner.
We were left feeling uncomfortable and frustrated, and our usual positive Olive Garden experience was overshadowed. I’m sharing this feedback so management can address attentiveness, professional communication, and overall customer experience, ensuring future visits for other families are enjoyable.
Lasagna, Garlic sticks, salad and toasted ravioli. Everything was very good. First time having the ravioli. Pleasantly surprised. Server was prompt and courteous. Enjoy
Employees like her are hard to come by — she represents your restaurant in the best possible way. I hope she gets recognized for her service because she definitely earned it. I would 100% return because of her.
