Service is also strong. Staff actually tries. My server forgot one of my meals because I changed my mind mid-order, and instead of arguing or making it awkward, they just brought it out on the house. That kind of attitude is rare around here. And since tips aren’t included in the main bill, the team really works hard to earn it — and you can feel it.
Overall, very positive experience: great food, great service, nothing pretentious. Highly recommend stopping by.
Inside, it took 3 hours to have our meal and finally get our bill from the incompetent waiter. I’m like a decent restaurant, Gill offered us nothing. You would get better service at Applebee’s, and it would be a third of the price.
Despite the high prices, the restaurant is very penny-pinching when it comes to helping out or doing anything for customers. We won’t be back.
The service felt careless and disorganized — it almost felt like the food was being thrown at us (only thing missing was it landing on our heads). The waiters were wearing visibly dirty clothes, which is very surprising for a restaurant of this level.
The meat we ordered was overcooked and extremely salty, almost impossible to enjoy.
It’s really disappointing because you expect much better standards from The Cheesecake Factory. Today’s experience left us very upset.
It took 35 minutes from the moment we arrived to finally get our cheesecakes, and honestly, I expected more. Maybe it was because I was already stressed from the kids being uncomfortable and the long wait, but the cheesecakes just weren’t memorable. Sure, they’re tasty—loaded with sugar, flour, and vegetable oils—but nothing out of this world. For half the calories, I could find something that truly hits the “wow” factor, and without having to beg for service.
The service here is just terrible.
The highlight of the visit was definitely the cheesecake – it was rich, velvety, and full of flavor. I tried the classic and one of the specialty options, and both were absolutely incredible.
The menu was extensive with plenty of choices for everyone, though it took a while to decide.
The ambiance was very welcoming – soft lighting, stylish decor, and a lively but not overwhelming atmosphere.
The seating was comfortable and the place was clean and well-maintained.
That said, the service was noticeably slow – it took quite a while for the server to take our order, and even longer for the food to arrive.
While the staff was friendly, they seemed a bit overwhelmed or understaffed.
The food aside from the dessert was good but didn’t quite stand out – just above average.
It’s definitely a great place if you’re looking to relax and take your time, especially if you’re a dessert lover.
All in all, I’d go back for the cheesecake alone, but I’d hope for quicker service next time.
Avacado roll was super crunchy and delicious. As a vegetarian i ordered coliflower crunch which is super crispy.
As well as i ordered flat bread pizza which is signature dish in cheesecake factory.
Overall great food.
But somehow i was disappointed with the service, for the drink we ordered as well as my friend ordered coke but waiter didn’t ask for anything else or for the refill. He missing out during dine he direct came back when we asked for the checks.
Overall food is super delicious highly recommended but somehow disappointed in service.
Our bread basket sat empty the entire time, and our food order took forever. The manager was walking back and forth and even working on the floor, but never once checked on any tables or acknowledged the issues. As the waiter passed by, he repeatedly said, “one minute, folks,” but each time that “one minute” turned into another 10 minutes of waiting. If guests are clearly waiting that long, the least that could be done is to offer more bread or some kind of attention.
Multiple tables around us were complaining as well. To make matters worse, a table that was seated after us received their food first and appeared to enjoy a full meal while we continued waiting. What should have been a nice family dinner turned into a nearly 4-hour ordeal from the time we walked in to the time we finally left.
My mom also received the completely wrong burger, and the food was not prepared correctly. Overall, this place seems to be going downhill, and the manager could have handled the situation much better.
