I have been IN this store and I have ordered a couple times from this store specifically. This is the WORST Wingstop I have spent my money at. They continuously do not put ranch in my bag when I specially ordered ranch, and EXTRA ranch. They never pick up the phone. They never fully read their orders to fulfill them correctly. This last delivery was it for me. The wings and fries smelled like cleaning products AND they did not put ANY ranch or condiments in my bag. I refused to eat the food or settle without getting a refund. The worst part is, I continuously called Wingstop to get an understanding and they never picked up the phone. I called at least 10 times, NO exaggeration. Do not eat here. Find another location.

My first time buying chicken wings in this place and I was satisfied with my order and the service, if you are picky like me with the smell and cooking of the chicken you are going to love these and something else was hairless!!! My favorites were the lemon and pepper wings and the corn!! although potatoes also have their delicious and unique flavor.

They need to seriously shut this Wingstop DOWN TODAY. Not only have I seen multiple comments about RATS, but the customer service is HORRENDOUS, the food is lack luster—either burnt or undercooked (no in between), they make up their own hours, AND they do NOT care about you or your health when it comes to handling your food. That is facts from personal experience. I’m not sure what health inspector has viewed this store and no put it out of business, but something needs to be done. Better management is not even going to save this store. I wish I could give them ZERO stars.

Second time coming here. First time I came I was supposed to get tenders and fries with a side of corn, they put the tenders in a big box with no fries in the side of… Not sure if they forgot but it was upsetting… I asked for light seasoning on the corn and if that was light I should’ve just gotten none, so spicy I had to wipe some off because it was overpowering, tenders were OK though so I came back a 2nd time. Got my fries and they were burnt & soggy with two ketchup packs in the bag… now at least if you’re going to give me burnt fries, give me at least some more ketchup. “Garlic parm” seems like Garlic butter and Parmesan flakes. Not saucy at all. I won’t be returning.

Ordered from Wingstop Old National Hwy (6175 Old National Hwy STE 460, Atlanta) on 11/1/25 at 7:52 PM. After ordering online, I called less than a minute later to request 5 wings cooked soft and 5 flats for my Honey Hot Rub. The young man said, “Yes, I got you.” When I arrived, none were flats or soft. The manager said “all flats” cost extra — which I understand — but no one told me that on the call. I would’ve gladly paid the fee if given the chance. Instead, I was told it wasn’t done because I didn’t pay extra, then he blamed “the new guy,” talked over me, and refused to cancel the order, saying only the GM could. That’s not how a team handles customers. I paid for food made wrong and got no resolution. I love Wingstop, but this location was disappointing — I’ll take my business elsewhere until they improve their service.

I love this store. The new management is turning this store completely around. I always look forward to seeing Ms.Channy, Sam, and Rob. The food is always good and hot! I don’t mind spending my money here because I know the food gets better everytime! Way to go Ms.Channy and her team!

So I’m here now at 8:45pm and all of there signage says they close at midnight annd the online for google says the same however they have the door locked! I walk up to the door and the cashier cracks the door and said you have to place an order online! I only wanted a large ranch nothing for them to cook then she had an attitude about! Mind you there is absolutely NO SIGN stating this and there was a customer seated on the inside. I get old national can old national but if you are scared get a security guard or closes early! I’ll be going to the Fayetteville location from now on and I’m encouraging others to do the same!

HORRIBLE customer service. The little girl boy (with the DREADS) that works there have such a nasty attitude. These ppl will start conflict with you then call the police when you react. Spend your money where you are VALUED.

I came in Tuesday for the $2 tender deal. My food was over 30mins late which made me late returning from my lunch break. I also started throwing up uncontrollably and have been hospitalized since I ate there. DO NOT eat at this location. Below is my view for the last 3 days, this restaurant has made me question deals on food and how food is being prepared and handled at all Wingstop locations.

I placed a pick up order online 26 min before closing time. Got to the restaurant 15 min before closing time only to be told by the manager that I would have to come back tomorrow after 5pm to pick up my order because they have thrown out all the wings and their cleaning up for closing.she then went on to say she would pass the receipt to the General Manager the next day to process my refund since I told her I will not be back the next day for my order. I told her for her to be the face for wing stop being she is a manager that this was not the way operations should be handled. Orders should be made up till closing till which is 12 midnight. She got very aggressive (verbally) and yelled what you think we supposed to do we cleaning up do you not know how long it takes for us to clean? As if that is any of my concern as a customer. I will be pushing this matter to the fullest instinct because there’s no way a person with that kind of beg should be not only a manager but working at such a company to the excellence of wing stop. I asked her for a recipe she refused to give me one and stated it will be on the online app that I ordered from. I went to my car and made a call to someone I know work for wing stop and they advised me to go back and take a picture of the receipt which I did. I will be going back up to the store at 10:30 this morning to hopefully be able to speak with the General manager and then I will be contacting wing stop corporate office.
